This paper is studied on a new synthesis method of epoxy-modified organic silicone micro-emulsion by one step with a silane-alkyl coupling,silicon hydride resin acceptor while opening-cyclo polymerization of the octa-methyl cyclo tetra siloxane,thus the optimal manufacturing conditions are determined by comparing test of their properties.
