要重视非乳白色胸液的乳糜胸诊断，早期诊断及掌握乳糜胸的手术指征，尽早对创伤性乳糜胸患者行胸导管缝扎术，对胸膜广泛乳糜漏者加行胸膜固定术，可达到很好疗效。

Objective:To evaluate the effects of two minimally invasive methods,percutaneous continuous circumsuture and transilluminated powered phlebectomy,in the treatment of primary vein varicosis of lower extremity.

目的：比较经皮连续环形缝扎术和透光刨吸术对单纯性下肢静脉曲张的治疗效果。

Methods15 patients with burn area of (38±15)% and with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhagic stress ulcer received surgical procedures, including sutured hemostasis, pyloroplasty, selective vagotomy, or subtotal gastrectomy, and so on, between 4 to 12 days after burn.

方法烧伤后上消化道应激性溃疡大出血患者15例，烧伤面积(38±15)%，出血部位12例位于十二指肠，3例位于胃。手术时间在伤后4～12天，手术方式为缝扎止血、幽门成形、选择性迷走神经切断、溃疡外旷置术或胃大部分切除术。

Methods To analyze 28 cases with thyroglossal duct cyst and fistula (7 cases of recurrence after operation). The infected cases were treated with antibiotic first before operation, and judged the relationship between thyroglossal duct cyst and hyoid bone exactly through checking and sonography, and then to deal with hyoid bone. First, we should inject methylthioninium chloride in the auditory tube to trace one day before the operation or during the operation, with Sistruk operation, and separate the little branches during operation, handling the focus of infection with radio frequency and microwave or armillary transfixion and so on.

回顾分析28例甲状舌管囊肿病例（含7例术后复发者），术前感染病例先行抗炎治疗，通过查体及B超检查，准确判定甲状舌管囊肿与舌骨关系，处理舌骨；术前一天或术中先注亚甲蓝液入囊管内示踪，行Sistruk术式，仔细分离分支，手指触诊疑为残存病灶处，行环形缝扎或射频、微波等处理。

Objective: To investigate the importance of perioperative nursing in patients who underwent cervical transfixion because of cervical dysfunction or placenta previa.

Results:The operation time, the volume of blood and rate of sickness after operation were not significant difference between the group of transfixion on the para-uteri and the group of fieeing blood vessel.

结果：宫膀缝扎组与血管游离后处理组病人的手术时间、术后出血量及术后发病率比较差差异没有显著性，宫膀缝扎后再电凝切断子宫血管及主韧带，在腹腔镜子宫切除术中具有出血少、简单易行的优点。

Methods: Totally 2200 patients with varicose vein received surgical treatment in our hospital from July, 2000 to January, 2006. 1802 cases were treated by endovenous laser therapy combined with transilluminated powered phlebectomy.82 cases were treated with radiofrequency endoveous occlusion combined with TIPP,218 cases treated with limited invaginated vein stripping and foam sclerotherapy.

回顾性分析2200例下肢静脉曲张外科治疗的临床资料，其中1802例患者采用激光联合透光直视旋切术，82例患者采用射频联合透光直视旋切术，218例患者采用选择性内翻式大隐静脉剥脱联合硬化剂治疗或透光直视旋切术，其余98例患者分别采用激光、高位结扎、射频处理大隐静脉主干，辅以曲张静脉团的手术切除、激光、电凝、皮下连续缝扎或硬化剂注射方法治疗。
