Methods In 12 fresh and 4 old mallet fingers.the broken tendons were sutured with double metal neddle and double button Bunnell''s suture.Matress suture using3-0 nylon suture were added.The suture tension maintained the DIP joints in extension of 10～20 degrees.No external fixator was used.

对12例新鲜锤状指、4例陈旧锤状指，用Bunnell带双金属针双钮扣肌腱缝合线缝合肌腱断端，即利用缝合线本身张力固定远节指间关节于过伸10～20度位，断端用3-0无创尼龙针线行褥式缝合，术后不用外固定。

Methods The Wistar rats were used as the experimental animal. On the back of each rat, a skin flap, measuring 1.5 cm×6 cm, caudally based, was elevated. Wound edges and the flap bed were separated from the flap itself by a silicone sheet. The VitC, bFGF, Magnesium sulfate and Papaverine were taken in the areas between flap and sheet. With 8 rats in each group, the drug-taken group was as trial group, while the physiological saline group was as control group. On the seventh day after the flap elevation, flap survival length was measured.

Full-thickness articular cartilage defects (diameter: 3mm, depth: 3mm) were made to bilateral condylus medialis femoris of all rabbits. In periosteum+BMSCs group and periosteum group, defects were covered by homolateral autogenous proximal tibia periosteums, with germinal layer facing to cavitas medullaris. After that, the periosteum+BMSCs group received 3 sutures, followed by injection of 20 μL BMSCs suspension (1×109/L) into the defects, after which the last suture was taken.

The initial point of collateral ligament was drilled two holes, 2 to 3 mm in distance, and crossed by steel wire. Then the superficial flexor tendon of finger was crossed under the steel wire and sutured to the terminal point of superficial flexor tendon of finger by 5/0 to 7/0 nontraumatic suture thread to maintain suitable tension, and sutured to collateral ligament by 8/0 nontraumatic suture thread.
