缝合针

A series of homemade needles and guides for underlying guided suture was used to treat the skin laxity in 42 cases of facial paralysis and 15 cases of facial aging science 2006. All of them were used the suture technica of deep-seated suspensory . Results 40 in 42 facial paralysis cases obtained satisfactory effect, and the effect of them were steady in 6 to 12 months followed-up .

自2006年以来我们采用自行设计的李氏埋没导引缝合针和李氏埋没导引缝合器，以埋没导引的方法，通过深部组织缝合悬吊的技术治疗面神经瘫痪遗留的面部表情不对称42例，其中完全性面瘫31例、部分性面瘫11例；治疗面部老化造成的皮肤松垂15例。

Made hook????pin and sutural pin were used to suture the ACL by bidirectional 'U' shape suturation. The silk was fixed on the end point of tibia through anterior tunnel of tibial tuberosity.

Methods Knee joint was examined with arthroscopy and the remanant end of ACL was repaired. Then self made hook pin and sutural pin were used to suture the ACL by bidirectional 'U' shape suturation. The silk was fixed on the end point of tibia through anterior tunnel of tibial tuberosity.
