Results: With 3.5 years of average follow up time, score the function of the shoulder of these patients, fixation by AO plate (85 points), reconstructed coracoclavicular ligament by using Ethibond 5# suture (93 points), reconstructed coracoclavicular ligament by using suture anchor (95 points).
