The ciliature microtubular organelles in the ventral cortex of Urostyla grandis were visualized by direct fluorescent labeling of FLUTAX .The organelles consist of adoral zone of membranelles, undulating membranes,frontal-midventral-transverse cirri,left and right marginal cirriand the base-associated microtubules,etc.

应用荧光紫杉醇直接荧光标记显示，腹毛目纤毛虫大尾柱虫 Urostyla grandis 腹皮层纤毛器微管胞器由口围带、波动膜、额腹横棘毛和左、右缘棘毛等纤毛器微管、纤毛器基部附属微管等组成。

闭孔动脉前皮支紧邻耻骨下支或于其外侧缘，穿大腿深筋膜和内收肌肌膜浅出，以之为蒂可以形成皮下蒂阴股沟岛状皮瓣，用于阴道直肠瘘或会阴部较小皮肤缺损的修复，但由于闭孔动静脉前皮支浅出点位置较高，并且由于耻骨下支的阻挡和限制，致使血管蒂的位置较为固定，以之为蒂形成的阴股沟皮瓣不适宜用于阴道再造；另外，将闭孔动脉命名为阴股沟动脉，也有欠妥帖。

These base-associated microtubules is comprise of membranlle brackets of AZM,its associated oral rib-wall microtubules, base body brackets of UM,anterior longitudinal microtubulesand posterior longitudinal microtubules of frontal cirri,ALM of TC,ALM,PLM and transverse microtubules of midventral cirri and L-and RMC.

其中，口围带小膜托架及其相联系的肋壁微管和波动膜基体托架，额棘毛基部前纵微管束、后纵微管束及横棘毛基部前纵微管束，中腹棘毛及左、右缘棘毛基部前纵微管束、后纵微管束和横微管束是该纤毛虫皮层纤毛器基部的主要附属微管。

Results The superior wall of cavernous sinus, longitudinal trapezoid in shape, was limited laterally by anterior petroclinoid ligament and lateral margin of anterior clinoid process, and medially by the dura of the diaphragma sellae, anteriorly by the base of anterior clinoid process and the falciform dural fold, and posteriorly by the posterior petroclinoid ligament.

结果 海绵窦上壁呈纵长的四边形。外侧界为前床岩韧带和前床突外缘；内侧界为鞍隔的硬膜缘；前界为前床突基底部和镰状硬膜皱褶；后界为后床岩韧带。

Results we found positive labeling for both anp and nos in different types of cells including the spiral modiolar artery, stria vascularis, spiral limbus, spiral ligaments, basilar membrane, organ of corti, spiral ganglion, and macula sacculi. however, no immunoactivity was found in the reissner membrane and tectorial membrane.

结果 在耳蜗各转螺旋动脉和血管纹，螺旋缘、螺旋韧带和corti器显示双阳性染色，螺旋神经节细胞及囊斑神经上皮细胞膜及轴突nos阳性染色，胞质anp阳性染色；盖膜、前庭膜阴性染色。

Results 56cases had subarachnoid space hemorrhages.On CT scan,the lesions presented as band-shaped high density shadow that inside margin shows brush or combsat subtentorium except overtentorium.6cases had subdural hematomas.On CT scan,the lesions displayed as strip,long triangle or cresent high density shadowwith sharp margin.The other two cases had compound both lesion,and the high density shadowwas wider than simple.

结果 本组63例中，蛛网膜下腔出血55例，其特征性CT表现为小脑幕下的带状高密度内缘呈毛刷状或梳齿状；硬膜下血肿6例，可见沿幕缘单侧分布的边界清楚的直线形、长三角形或半月形带状高密度影；复合积血2例，其积血的区域高密度带多较单纯者为宽，适当降低窗宽和提高窗位隐约可见其密度差，呈分层现象。
