In this study, the DNA fragments coding for amino acids 133～158 of VP1and 20～34 of VP4protein of type Asial FMDV were chemically synthesized and ligated into a tandem repeat 133～158-20～34-133～158. The sequences of signal peptide of Igκ chain and Kozak were fused to the 5'end of this tandem sequence and synthetic oligodeoxynucleotide containing CpG-ISS was fused to downstream of terminal coden of this tandem sequence. And then this long fragment was cloned into the eukaryotic expression plasmid pHook-2, forming a new secreted expression plasmid, named pAS1-E.

在第二章证明了亚洲Ⅰ型口蹄疫病毒VP1蛋白中133～158位氨基酸残基确是一重要B细胞中和抗原表位的基础上，依据第一章获得的口蹄疫病毒亚洲Ⅰ型VP1 cDNA序列及已报道Asial VP4序列，采用真核偏爱密码子化学合成了VP1中编码133～158位氨基酸及VP4中编码20～34位氨基酸这两个抗原表位基因，将其组成133～158-20～34-133～158串联结构，在其5′端加上鼠Igκ链信号肽序列，在翻译调节区加上增强表达的Kozak序列，同时在133～158-20～34-133～158串联结构3'端终止密码子下游加上CpG免疫刺激序列，将这些片段连接后，克隆到真核表达载体pHook-2上，构建成功了DNA疫苗重组表达载体pAS1-E。

After the analysis of the algorithms model of MPEG-2 AAC, the thesis optimizes some blocks with great computation of Psychoacoustic Model, Filter banks and Quantization coding, etc. It omits some function blocks which have much computation and avail little to the gain of coding, for example, prediction in time domain, TNS, etc. It also adopts some fast algorithms to reconstruct some model for the reason of real time characteristic.

在对 MPEG-2 AAC算法模型进行分析之后，对心理声学模型，滤波器组和量化编码模块等计算量较大的模块进行优化，同时也省略了部分运算量大但对编码效果增益不明显的几个模块，如时域预测和 TNS 等，并使用了一些快速计算技术对算法模型进行实时化改造。

In speech communication, almost half of the time is the silence state, which contains much redundant information need to be taken away to improve code efficiency, so the silence frame should be compressed; On the other hand, to satisfy people's listening feelings, speech code implemented on UWB would be a new future's research direction on speech code. Nowadays the compression on narrow band or wideband have been studied a lot, but the silence compression on UWB need to be studied more, which is the main job of this paper.

在语音通信中，平均一半的时间处于无语音的空闲状态，这里蕴含着大量的冗余信息，所以去掉这些冗余信息将会大幅度的提高语音编码的传输效率，这就需要对静音信号进行压缩；此外，为了满足人们听觉享受，在高带上实现语音编码也将成为未来的研究方向，现如今窄带和宽带的静音压缩技术已经较为成熟，但高带的静音压缩技术尚待发展，这也正是本文研究的必要性。

Based on this, this project firstly extensively studies, optimizes and ameliorates the key algorithm in coding -DCT and the movement estimation algorithm, so as to implement fast coding and the high compression ratio.

本题目利用Mega16单片机以及外围电路，以C程序设计语言为基础，通过使矩阵式键盘的行端口循环输出一定的电平，接着读取列端口的电平，经过比较就可以实现对矩阵式键盘的扫描，因为旋转编码器的正反方向输出电平序列的不同，因此通过对其输出端A和B的相位进行比较即可实现对旋转编码器的方向判定。

Through circularly exporting certain electrical levels on the rows of matrix keyboard, the electrical levels of the lines will be read, then the aim of scanning matrix keyboard will be realized by comparing the output and input. Based on this, we employ the Turbo code as channel code, and present a CWP-MC-CDMA system concatenating with space-time coding and Turbo coding, and give corresponding system model and principle analysis.
