A rapid and effective' test of SOD activity in fresh tomato by the polarographic oxygen electrode is reported in this paper.

Thermally denatured DNA was preconcentrated at pretreated GCE by its adsorption in open circuit for 5min or at the potential of+0.3V for 90s, and produced two well-defined oxidation peaks of guanine and adenine residues at+0.80V and+1. 11V in pH 5. 0 phospoate buffer, respectively, but the native DNA did not produce any peaks at the same conditions.

A stable, water-insoluable film was prepared by oxidative electropolymerization of pyrogallol in pH7.0 phosphate buffer solution, anti modified on a glassy carbon electrode surface by electrochemical method. The modified electrode was exploited for the selective preconcentration of Cu at a certain potential. 结果表明，酒酒球菌SD-2a原生质体制备的最佳条件为：菌龄20 h，青霉素G钠质量浓度0.5μg/mL，酶质量浓度1mg/mL，酶解时间30 min，渗透压稳定剂采用SMM缓冲液，再生培养基采用添加0.7 mol/LKCl的ATB培养基，再生培养时采用双层培养基厌氧培养，可以保证较好的形成率和再生率。

The trial results show that with the disposal of induced caving roof by presplitting blasting and induced caving roof blasting, about 17.8 m in thickness of rock cushion is successfully formed in the inferior abandoned stope, which can bring down the harm of dashing blast of an explosion caused by roof collapse; apparent run-through flaws arise between presplitting blasting holes, and controllable caving is formed in the roof, abrupt collapse of large area roof is prevented, the productional safe surroundings of underground mining is improved; eventually, the resources' reclamation rate is improved from about 70% to 84.6%, and the dilution rate is abated from 25%40% to below 15%, so efficiently withdrawing is actualized.

试验结果表明：采用预裂爆破与诱导崩顶爆破的方法，通过对顶板的诱导崩落处理，成功地在下方采空区形成了厚度为17.8 m左右的岩石缓冲垫层，有效地降低顶板冒落带来的冲击气浪危害；在预裂孔间产生明显的贯通裂隙，从而在顶板上形成诱导可控崩落，防止顶板大面积的突然垮落，改善地下开采安全生产环境；最终资源的回收率由70%左右提高到84.6%，贫化率由25%~40%降低到15%以下，实现了资源的高效回收。

Through measuring the solubility,stability and hydrolyzation property,the effect of additives on the characteristics of concentrated aqueous reactive blue P-3R was investigated. The results showed that among the four kinds of organic solvents,N-methyl pyrrolidone was the best one and its optimum dosage 10%. Na_ 2 HPO_ 4 /NaH_ 2 PO_ 4 was a better buffer and its optimum dosage was 3%.
