Author is lucky to attend the design of the inpatient department of such hospitals as the 9th Hospital of People,Cancer Hospital,Thoraces Hospital,Yipin Hospital in Chongqing.What is more,although getting a good harvest by studying the design character, design method,new advanced trends,the author still has some doubts.

本人在工作中有幸参加了重庆市第九人民医院、肿瘤医院、胸科医院、一品医院等几个大中型医院的住院综合楼设计，对其设计特点、设计方法、新的发展趋势等做了一些研究，虽有心得，但也有不少疑惑。

通过对重庆市奉节新城某综合楼地基碎石土层桩端承载力试验与研究，分析了奉节新城碎石土层的力学性质，阐明了原位试验的必要性，避免了因基础勘察不详存在的安全隐患，提出了桩端碎石土验槽方法。
