Methods Immunoreaction of frozen allograft was studied in 21 cases of bone tumors by detection of T－ lymphocytes, complements and circulating immune complex at 4 days preoperatively and 14,28 days postoperatively in 15 cases, bone scans of 99mTe SPECT at 3,6,9, 12,24,26,48 mouths in 7 of aforementioned 15 and another 3, and biomicroscopy in 3 cases.

本组21例，男9例，女12例；年龄19～59岁，平均30.5岁。15例分别于术前4d及术后14、28d检测其空腹外周血各项免疫学指标，其中7例及另外3例分别于术后3、6、9、12、24、36、48个月进行同位素骨扫描检查，结合3例组织学检查综合观察21例大块冷冻同种异体骨移植后的免疫反应。

Through cultivating five cold-season turfgrass (Lolium perenne,Agrostis stolonifera,Festuca rubra,Festuca arundinacea,Bromus inermis) in basin,their drought to lerance indexes,including the planting height,the root growth,the relative water content of leaves,the penetration of membrane,were comprehensively evaluated to compare their drought tolerance.

The research result showed that(1) The reclaimed water used didn't influence the sensory quality of a given turf grass tested;under irrigation of reclaimed water,Festuca arundinacea are the best,followed by Buchloe dactyloides and Zoysia japonica;(2) The influence of different types of irrigation water on growth characters of turfgrass is species-dependence;(3) Irrigation by reclaimed water and fresh+reclaimed water increases Na~+,CEC,and total porosity of the turf soil in comparison to fresh water,and improves soil quality.

结果表明：本研究使用的再生水对所供测试绿化草种的颜色、覆盖度、质地和均匀性无不良影响，再生水灌溉条件下，高羊茅表现出了最强的综合耐污能力，其次是结缕草和野牛草。灌溉水类型对于草坪草的生长指标的影响具有种的特异性。再生水灌溉和&清水+再生水&交替灌溉提高了土壤的阳离子交换量和总孔隙度，有利于土壤物理性状的改善。

Now, the imposex status in females of Thais clavigera and Cantharus cecillei in 17 sites was investigated to evaluate the organotin contamination along Xiamen Bay during 2006 and 2007.
