本文以满足实际生产需要为出发点，阐述了镍阳极板清理机设计和制造的全过程，包括出方案、规划设计、绘制零件图、零件加工装配、设备安装、布线及调试，综合运用了机械装备设计、CAD技术、可编程控制器、系统仿真学以及一些应用软件的理论和知识，最终目标是设计并安装制造一套清理阳极泥的机电设备。
