In the chapter 7, a new type of highly reliable and multifunctional hydroturbine microcomputer-based governing system is studied and developed; the structure design principle of microcomputer-based system is described and discussed; based on the adaptive control strategy with optimized PID parameter, a combined control strategy of frequency and phase with variable weighting factor is presented; in the design of hardware and software, the fault diagnosis, fault tolerance and fault avoidance techniques are adopted, and the suitability and reliability are greatly improved.

Based on the national tenth five magnitude project — Suzhou City Water Environment Improvement and Synthesize Demonstration item, we carried out the static simulation test and the dynamic simulation test under the condition of heavy pollution loading rate and low transparency and dissolved oxygen in polluted river of suzhou ancient city district. These investigations were on the base of the formers' work. We analyzed the purification effects and rules of plant floating-bed technology on polluted river water, and also applied the technology to purify the polluted river water in Miaojia River. Conclusions were summed up in the following:The dominance plant option test was carried out among Oenanthe javanica, Lolium mutliflorum and Allium sativum under low temperature condition. The results showed that the Oenanthe javanica was the dominance floating-bed plant under low temperature condition. Its net removal rate of TN、 NH_3-N、 TP、 COD_ were 51.3%、 65.2%、 55.6%、 57.6%, respectively, and inhibition rate of algae reached 92.3%.
本论文以国家863重大科技专项——&苏州市城市水环境质量改善与综合示范&项目为依托,在前人研究的基础上,根据苏州古城区污染河道污染负荷重、透明度及溶解氧低的实际情况,通过静态、动态模拟试验,研究了植物浮床技术对污染河水的净化效果及规律,同时在苏州古城区内的苗家河开展了植物浮床技术净化污染河水的示范应用,得出了以下结论:(1)低温条件下对水芹菜、多花黑麦草、大蒜三种浮床植物筛选的试验表明:水芹菜是低温条件下浮床植物的优势种,其对TN、NH_3-N、TP、COD_的净去除率分别为51.3%、65.2%、55.6%、57.6%,对藻类的抑制率达92.3%。

For meeting the needs of automated real-time dynamic monitoring of heavy fog events by means of a weather satellite remote-sensing technique for specialized meteorological services like military operations and highway traffic, the paper presents a systematic study of spectral characteristics of visible and infra red light, the textures and dynamic dispersals of fogs on satellite imagery in the context of theory on the transmission of atmospheric radiation, thereby revealing their abruptness, waviness and mass-like features, which, in combination with a synthetic technique for cloud/fog maps of multi-channel remote-sensing spectra are used to set up a model for automatic separation of fogs from clouds based on the integrative application of spectral features and texture structures, for which are constructed corresponding discfiminant functions and criteria, and on this basis prepared is a"system for remotely-sensing monitoring of low cloud and heavy fog"which has been used for tests, with the main conclusions shown as follows.
