以文献查阅-整理-调查为基础，综合运用植物学、植物解剖学、中药鉴定学知识与实验技术对川鄂山茱萸及其近缘植物进行分类学处理与解剖学研究，结合天然药物化学、仪器分析、药物分析等学科的知识与实验技术，用TLC定性分析川鄂山茱萸及其近缘植物的苷类化学组分；用HPLC测定川鄂山茱萸不同器官、细胞组织、果实不同采集期的熊果酸、马钱苷的含量并进行色谱条件优化。

通过研究，笔者提出了若干建议和看法，比如：在船舶技术立法工作中必须引入综合安全评估方法；对于不同的船舶安全领域应建立不同的安全评估方法和手段；根据国际公约的消防安全法规框架，重新起草2005年修改通报中有关船舶消防安全的草案案文；并且还提出探索用&不确定性方法&作为新时期船检技术法规起草的革命性方法和手段。

We also took measures of excavating aperture and irragating root, directly watering root, daubing remedy, stubbing died trees and sterilizing soil in the aperture.We carried through integrated preventional measures of chemical prevention and biological prevention, by using 200×CuSO4, 70% mancozeb 800×5% Chlorothalonil 800×, and Suillus grevillei. All of the meaures got favorable results. The preventional effect exceeded 72%. The incidence of disease descended from 15.5% in 1998 to 2.8% in 2002.This kind of disease was controlled on the whole.
