From this case, in the assessment, the data of several different time intervals are taken and corresponding confidence levels given, and, employing blind values to express monitoring data and perambulating inspection results, the process method of blind information is applied to the practice of comprehesive assessment. With the observation items in Xiaolangdi Project, the influence factors determing the assessment result are described in the form of blind data. The data are processed according to the blind data algorithms and some scientific and reasonable assessment results are acqired, and the process method overcomes the defect of traditional numerical model, viz., too definitive description of information.

基於此，在综合评判中选取多个不同时间段的数据并赋以相应的可信度，利用盲数表达监测数据和巡视检查结果，将盲信息的数学处理运用到土石坝安全综合评判的工程实例中，并运用盲数运算法则进行盲数处理的探讨，得到了有一定参考价值的评判结果，并克服了传统的数学模型信息描述过於绝对化的问题。

Firstly we discuss the meanings, content and the principals of the evaluation of credit, and exert the credit theory of MAX to the evaluation of credit to get the contents for the evaluation of credit in theory. Then through analyzing the present system of credit evaluation in the civil and overseas countries, and through using the credit evaluating system of overseas risky venture, on the side of the creditor, we device the credit evaluating system into such six aspects as the character of the enterprises, the capacity of paying back, the capacity of payoff , the capacity of operating, the capacity of innovating and the capacity of pullulating. Finally we use the method of AHP and dim mathematics to demonstrate the feasibility of the system that is formed in the fifth part.

本文首先通过对资信评估的内涵、内容及原则进行探讨，并在理论上运用马克思信贷资金循环理论对企业资信评估应考虑的因素进行理论分析，在对国内外资信评估指标体系分析研究的基础上，创造性地联系到国外风险投资机构的评估指标体系对高科技企业资信评估指标体系的借鉴意义，选取债权人的角度，从企业素质、偿债能力、盈利能力、营运能力、创新能力和成长能力六个方面设计了高科技企业资信评估指标体系，并选取层次分析法和模糊数学综合评判法来综合评判高科技企业的资信等级。

This thesis mainly includes the following aspects: systematical introduction to environmental protection textile and garment products consciousness and opinions as well asstandards, and introduction and analysis of main environmental protection textile and garment products in the world at present; experiments on testing the wearing properties such as appearing shape, wet comfort, and wear-resistance and so on ,of various Tencel, Modal and cotton knitted fabrics and then analyzing and evaluating these wearing properties so as to get all factors influencing their wearing properties through contrasting different fabrics; by clustering analysis processing and analyzing data from experiments ,in order to evaluate wearing properties of Tencel and Modal fabrics and gain further conclusions; working out a detailed practical scheme for S company to develop environmental protection knitted garment products , analyzing the necessity and feasibility to develop such products, purling forward schemes in developing products and carrying out brand strategy and estimating their economic benefits.

为此，本文主要进行了以下工作：系统阐述了环保纺织服装产品的理念、标准并对目前国内外主要环保纺织服装产品进行评述和分析；实验测试不同种类的天丝、莫代尔和棉等针织物的外观形态、舒适性、耐用性等三方面的服用性能，对天丝和莫代尔针织织物的各项服用性能进行分析评价，并从不同织物性能差异的分析比较中得出影响该类织物服用性能的各项指标；采用数理统计中的聚类分析方法对实验测定的织物各项服用性能的数据结果进行处理和分析，将各项测试结果综合考虑，以评价天丝莫代尔织物的综合服用性能；对国内著名服装企业S公司开发该类环保面料的针织服装产品具体实施方案进行了研究，分析企业开发该类新型服装产品的必要性和可行性，初步设计提出了企业产品开发和品牌操作方案并对该方案的经济效益进行了预测分析。
