In this thesis the corn corcule as a coproduct material is used toextract and depurate the tert functional food raw material-GSH with the purpose of providing the industryproduction technique. By this project, It can extend the corn industry chain utilitily, cut down the cost of thecorn alcohol and starchy and the corn high additional value enterprise can be promoted sigiificantly. It canpromote the development of the corn economy in JiLin province and develop the palae-industry depot innortheast.

为改变这一现状，促进吉林省玉米经济的发展，本研究以玉米酒精厂及淀粉厂副产物玉米胚为原料，以提供产业化生产技术为目的，采用高新技术实现玉米副产物高附加值综合利用，提取纯化出具有国际先进水平的第三代功能食品原料玉米还原型谷胱甘肽，有效延长玉米产业链，降低玉米酒精及淀粉的成本，实现玉米深加工副产物的高附加值综合利用，有力促进吉林省玉米经济发展，振兴东北老工业基地。

The method based upon semi-infinite slopes is intended to approximate the prescribed transfer function. In order to minimize the error function, the least square method is adopted. The method of correction with term by term is used to avoid the divergent difficulties in iterative design.

In the chapter 6, an overall analysis and appraisal for the reliability, function/performance and economy of RMCS is made; an integral index and its corresponding formula which takes into account the system reliability and function/performance level together is proposed; moreover, taking the economical optimality analysis into account, a criterion for appraising the overall quality of RMCS is built; finally, a case study is given.
