结果表明：新疆绵羊卵母细胞在不同的季节中，体外成熟所需的FSH、LH浓度不同，夏秋乏情季节适宜于体外成熟的激素浓度为FSH 12.9ug/ml，LH0.86IU/ml；秋季发情季节适宜于体外成熟的激素浓度为FSH 8.6ug/ml，LH0.57IU/ml；春季乏情季节适宜于体外成熟的激素浓度为FSH 8.6ug/ml，LH0.86IU/ml。
