第二部分睡莲花化学成分及生物活性研究睡莲花Nymphaea candida Presl为睡莲科睡莲属多年生水生草本植物雪白睡莲的干燥花蕾，主要分布于我国新疆的南部地区，在维吾尔族民间用于热症引起的头痛、热感咳嗽及小儿急、慢惊风等病症的治疗。

Objective To evaluate the frequency of microdeletions in the long arm of Y chromosome of idiopathic infertile males with azoospermia and oligospermia in Xinjiang province in China and to investigate the difference of Y microdeletion frequencies between two nations.

目的评估新疆地区汉族、维吾尔族不明原因无精子症和严重少精子症男性患者Y染色体长臂微缺失的频率，探讨不同民族间Y染色体长臂微缺失发生率的差异。

Results Of the 165 cases in Uygar,51 cases were normal,and 62 cases were cerebral atrophy,porencephaly and calcification;Among the 140 cases in Han,78 cases were normal,and 26 cases were cerebral atrophy,porencephaly and calcification.

结果 本组165例维吾尔族HIE患儿中，随访复查51例恢复正常，62例均有脑萎缩、脑穿通畸形、脑钙化灶等不可逆后遗症的表现；140例汉族HIE患儿中，随访复查78例恢复正常，26例有脑萎缩、脑穿通畸形、脑钙化灶等不可逆后遗症的表现。
