In 110 Xinjiang unrelated healthy Uygur subjects, 27 alleles were detected in HLA-B loci. Of them, B * 35 and B * 51 were the most common alleles with an allele frequency of 0.1136 and 0.1136, respectively; while B * 41, B * 56 and B * 78 were the rare alleles with a frequency of 0.0045, 0.0045 and 0.0091, respectively. Frequencies of "Caucasoid origin" HLA alleles such as B * 08, B * 35 and B * 50 in Xinjiang Uygurs were higher than other ethnic groups in China.

在维吾尔族样品中共检出27个等位基因，其中高频率的等位基因为B*35(0.1136)和B*51(0.1136)，低频率的等位基因为B*41(0.0045)、B*56(0.0045)和B*78(0.0091)，B*08、B*35、B*50等"高加索人"起源的HLA基因在新疆维吾尔族的分布频率高于国内其他民族，与高加索人种的数值相当。

METHODS: The central corneal thickness, intraocular pressure, dioptre and corneal curvature were measured in 137 han nationality cases(274 eyes) and 115 Uygur myopia patients(230 eyes).

目的：分析维吾尔族与汉族近视患者中央角膜厚度(central corneal thickness，CCT)是否存在差异，了解维吾尔族近视患者中央角膜厚度与角膜曲率、眼压值及屈光度关系。

The differences of CCT between the Uygur myopia patients and the han nationality myopia patients and the relationship between corneal curvature, intraocular pressure value, dioptre and CCT in the Uygur nationality were analyzed.

对屈光中心就诊近视患者汉族137例274眼及维吾尔族患者115例230眼测量其角膜中央厚度、眼压、屈光度及角膜曲率，分析维吾尔族与汉族CCT差异性及维吾尔族CCT与角膜曲率、眼压值及屈光度关系。结果：维吾尔族CCT(514.94±31.94μm)与汉族CCT(514.86±29.50μm)无显著性差异(t=0.029，P=0.977)。

The fifth part analyses the traditional jargon of Uygur in terms of cultural linguistics to reveal the national characteristics in nomadic culture, sedentary-agrarian culture, silk culture, folk proverb culture and esthetic psychology.

第五部分是从文化的角度探讨维吾尔族传统手工业行业词所反映的游牧文化特征、农耕文化特征、丝绸文化、民俗谚语文化，以及所展现的维吾尔族特有的民族审美心理和独特的民族文化。

The melody mainly adapts traditional Uighur classical music, drawing on the experience of many life in addition to long and dance drama.Most of the Uyger drama peculiar to the nation. Have been adapted from folk stories and narrative poems among Uighurs and in the mid-Asian area. And combined with poems, song, dance and drama. The masterworks are 《Airef and Synime》《Lyli and Miji long》 and《SherUin》.

维吾尔剧是地方戏曲剧种，其艺术形式以民族音乐、歌舞为主，兼容有诗歌、宾白等表演艺术，音乐曲调大多采用维吾尔族传统古典音乐《十二木卡姆》和民间歌曲、乐曲，借鉴了维吾尔民间文艺娱乐形式"麦西莱甫"及我国兄弟民族歌舞戏剧的表演形式，维吾尔剧的剧目大多由维吾尔族和中亚地区的民间传说故事和叙事长诗所改编，具有鲜明的民族特点，诗、歌、舞、戏融为一炉，其代表作有《艾里甫与赛乃姆》、《帕尔哈特与西琳》、《莱丽与麦吉侬》等，《艾里甫与赛乃姆》原是一个古老的维吾尔民间传说。

The historical culture heritage including ancient great literature work of ethnic minority such as "Fule Wisdom","Turki Dictionary" and historical epic such as "Jangar","Manas" and large scale classical set music of Uighur called "Twelve Mukam" have been protected efficiently, and developed. In 2005, large scale classical set music of Uighur "Twelve Mukam" was approved as "Representative Work of Human Oral and Intangible Cultural Heritage" by UNESCO.

Therefore, the following are the issues that the present paper intends to explore: what would happen to one's enculturation if the"break"occurs, what impacts that the"break"would have on the process, and what would result in for the man in his real life. The present thesis, reports the results of a comparative study on the issues between the enculturation of the Uygur children of the SOS of Urumqi and the enculturation of the rural Uygur families of Zanggui Town, Pichan County, Hotan Prefecture, Xinjiang, based on the ethnographic data obtained from the author's field work.
