The lease protocol signed by hiree on May ,2006. will be expired on 29th Dec. Now hiree requires to relet the house for half year. During this period, should hiree inform the hire ahead of one year in writing. After hirer agrees it, hiree pays off all charges, hirer will return the deposit to hiree .

15 Should the security hereby created be created subject to any existing lettings leases or tenancies then the Borrower shall not renew such lettings leases or tenancies (other than pursuant to any option to renew on the part of the lessee or tenant already granted) nor accept any surrender thereof nor terminate the same prior to its expiration (except with the prior written consent of the Lender) and upon the expiration or sooner determination of such lettings leases or tenancies the Borrower shall strictly observe the stipulation set out in Clause (9.14) hereof
