作者在绪论中对论文研究的目的和应用价值进行了阐述。

There are fourteen chapters, including introduction, plane stress and plane strain, two-dimensional problems in rectangular coordinates, two-dimensional problems in polar coordinates, photoelastic and moire experimental methods, two-dimensional problems in curvilinear coordinates, analysis of stress and strain in three dimensions, general theorems, torsion, bending of bars, axisymmetric stress and deformation in a solid of revolution, thermal stress, the propagation of waves in elastic solid media, at last there is an appendix on the application of finite-difference equations in elasticity.

全书共十四章，包括绪论、平面应力和平面应变、直角坐标中的二维问题、极坐标中的二维问题、光弹性与云纹实验方法、曲线坐标中的二维问题、三维应力和应变问题、一般定理、简单的三维弹性问题、扭转、杆的弯曲、回转体中的轴对称应力和变形、热应力、弹性固体介质中波的传播，最后有一附录，讲述差分方程在弹性理论中的应用。

In chapter 1, Structure characters, classifications and the correlation between wavelength and structure of cyanine dyes were firstly summarized.

第一章为绪论，首先介绍了菁染料的结构特点、分类以及结构与光谱波长的关系。

The correlated background of Debussy's music, music analysis and some related study to be covered in other areas is introduced to the point.

绪论部分主要就德彪西音乐研究的相关背景、音乐分析以及本文研究所要涉及的其他学科研究的相关内容进行了扼要的介绍。

本文的基本研究内容为：第一章绪论部分介绍了进行本文课题的研究目的和研究意义。

The first is the introduction, which introduces the background and significance of topic ,and introduce the definiens of asset-banked securities and the development of asset-banked securities at home and abroad, and the studies of asset-banked securities, to point out that the study of the accounting for asset-banked securities and special purpose entities is a relatively unfamiliar topic in china ,which has not form a fairly complete theoretical system, and then describes the research methodology and the innovation of this paper .

论文共分五大部分，第一部分绪论介绍了选题背景和意义，介绍了资产证券化的涵义及国内外发展现状、国内外的研究综述，指出对资产证券化会计与特殊目的实体的研究在中国还属于比较陌生的课题，没有形成比较完善的理论体系，最后，就本文的研究方法及创新点作了初步论述。

Chapter two analyzed matters related to balanced development of education theoretically. Although the new idea of developing basic education evenly has made scholars that are engaged in educational theories and practice pay much attention to it, researches on the issue of developing basic education evenly is still in the phase of attempt and exploration theoretically and demonstratively.

从论文研究的具体内容来看，在绪论部分首先昭示了当前基础教育均衡发展的国际化背景，对世界许多国家在实现基础教育均衡发展的过程中所采取的一些有益的举措进行了简要的介绍，同时立足国内背景，对我国基础教育均衡发展的现状、存在的问题和目前研究的现状作了概括，在此基础上，提出了本论文的研究思路和研究方法。

The goal of this thesis is to protect fair competition of the market and consumer's rights and interests, chapter one is the introduction, the aim and the motive of the research and research range; Chapter two is the advertising summary, recommend meaning , introduce the regulation of false or misleading advertisement in our country and foreign countries; Chapter three collects the cases regarding false, untrue or misleading advertisement from Consumer Protection Law and Fair Trade Law, as well as the documents and theories in order to form important basis to make out a set of judgment criterion with four stages to determent a false, untrue or misleading advertisement at Chapter four. 本文以保护市场之公平竞争以及消费者权益的角度为出发，第一章为绪论，说明研究动机研究方法与研究范围；第二章为不实广告概述，介绍不实广告之意义以及我国与国外对其之法律规范作说明；第三章为收集消费者保护法与公平交易法的相关案例以及文献与学说形成判断不实广告架构的重要依据，而在第四章对於我国判断不实广告之原则做个重新建构，按虚伪不实与引人错误系两种不同之概念，本文依其拟制出一套新四阶段的不实广告判断准则；第五章系整理不实广告的关系人企业主、广告媒体业、广告代理业之民事责任并分析其所负之责任；第六章为结论并提出改善我国不实广告之判断准则之建议。
