The paper describes in detail the four factors resulting in the corrosion of buried steel pipeline,that is environment,corrosion control effectiveness,material of pipe steel,and stress of pipeline,presents a total statistics on petroleum asphalt,coal-tar enemal,extruded polyethylene coating,PE tape,FBE,and multiple coating system and the individual percentage of theirs per years during 1990-1995,and points out that the selection of all kinds of coatings,being different behaviors,should be defermined according to the geological conditions and corrosive environments along pipeline route.

阐述了埋地钢质管道发生腐蚀的四个影响因素，即环境、腐蚀防护效果、钢管材质和制造工艺以及应力水平，统计了1990-1995年石油沥青、煤焦油瓷漆、挤塑聚乙烯、PE胶带、FBE、复合覆盖层的涂敷量，指出防腐覆盖层各有优缺点，应根据管道线路的地质条件、腐蚀环境等而定，目前应建立防腐层的综合评价方法以解决防腐覆盖层的设计问题，同时还应对钢管表面处理、现场补口加以重视，在采用高强薄壁钢材时应考虑壁厚要求。

Abstract］ Objective For the purpose of scientific evaluation and improvement on unreasonable parameter of viral inactivation,the dynamics curve of time corresponding to effect by given viral inactivation factor treated to blood plasma product were analyzed.Methods Aimed at vesicular stomatitis virus, sindbis virus, human immunodeficiency virus, polioviruses, pseudorabies virus,encephalon-yocarditis virus; validate data of viral inactivated on pasteurization of albumin, human rabies immunoglobulin with pH 4, human immunoglobulin and human hepatitis B immunoglobulin for intravenous injection with pH 4/pasteurization,treatment on human fibrinogen and human coagulation factor Ⅷ with solvent/detergent and vapor heating at 100 ℃30 min were systemic regularized respectively.The mean and standard deviation also coefficient of variation for virus survival titer in different time were stated, dynamics curve of virus inactivation were made and analyzed.

目的 分析血液制品特定灭活因子的时效动力学曲线，科学性地评价与改进不合理的病毒灭活参方法系统性整理针对水疱性口炎病毒、黄热病毒、脊髓灰质炎病毒、伪狂犬病毒、脑心肌炎病毒、人类免疫缺陷病毒，人血白蛋白采用巴氏消毒法，狂犬病人免疫球蛋白采用低pH常温孵放法，静注人免疫球蛋白、静注人乙肝免疫球蛋白采用低pH/巴氏消毒法；人纤维蛋白原、人凝血因子Ⅷ采用有机溶剂/去污剂与干热法灭活病毒的验证资料，统计3批样品取样点的残余病毒滴度均值、标准差与变异系数，制作灭活病毒动力曲线图并进行分析。

Taking a winter wheat field (4 400 m2) of Jinghai county seed farm as experimental plot,sampling by regular grid with with 10 m ×10 m grids,48 sample points were oriented by GPS receipt machine to analyze soil water content at the depth of 0~20 and 20~40 cm in pri-winter,jointing stage and filling stage of winter wheat.The spatial distribution map of soil water of the winter wheat field using geostatistical analyst model of ARC/INFO was drew.And the spatial variability of soil water in vertical and horizontal direction was analyzed.The results could offer scientific evidence for the deciding of the exact time and quantity for winter irrigation.

以天津市静海县良种场内一块长约110m，宽约40m的冬小麦田作为试验区，采用规则格网采样，按照10 m ×10m设置格网，共设48个采样点，通过GPS手持机进行定位，分别于小麦越冬前、拔节期、灌浆期，利用便携式土壤湿度数据采集器对试验地各个采样点0~20、20~40 cm 2种深度土壤含水量进行了测定，利用ARC/INFO的地统计分析模块绘制了冬小麦3个不同生育期试验区土壤水分空间分布图，并分析了其垂直和水平方向的空间变异特征，以期为确定最佳灌溉时机和灌溉量提供科学依据。
