Abstract］ Objective To research the effect of the application of drugs expand cervix uteri in taking intrauterine device from menopause women.Methods 160 cases with menopause women were randomly divided into two group,each group 80 cases.

摘要］ 目的研究术用药对绝经期妇女宫颈扩张作用及对取环术的影响方法对160例绝经期取环术妇女随机分两组各80例。

Methods: With the application of the depression status inventory or the self depression scale the perimenopausal and menopausal women （ menopaused 1 - 3 years） between 40 and 55 years old in several communities and charities of the Changchun city were investigated to evaluate the symptom of depression by case - control method to test the serum progestogen, folate and serotonin of the climacteric women with depression, normal climacteric women and normal reproductive women 30 irrespectively, by means of radioimmunoassay and fluorescence method.

采用自我评定抑郁量表或抑郁状态调查问卷对长春市部分企事业单位的围绝经期及绝经后的更年期妇女进行抑郁症状的评价；采用病例对照方法，应用放射免疫测定方法和荧光法对更年期抑郁组、更年期正常组和生育年龄期正常对照组妇女各30例进行血清孕激素、叶酸、五羟色胺测定。

Older age, vaginal delivery, multipara, drinking, central obesity (female waist circumference≥80cm), constipation, chronic pelvic pain, the previous disease of respiratory system, Gynecological events, pelvic surgery and peri-menopausal period as well as menopause are potential risk factors for SUI in China.

高龄、阴道分娩、多产、饮酒、腹型肥胖(腰围≥80cm)、便秘、慢性盆腔痛、呼吸系统疾病史、妇科疾病史、盆腔手术史及围绝经期和绝经是中国成年女性SUI患病的危险因素。

Objective: Menopausal osteoporosis is syndrome shown on women caused by thefunctional descent on both ovaries and the level of estrogen. During the metabolism oftheir bones, the bone absorptive rate is higher than formative rate. As the result, theprogression of calcium deficiency and the degeneration of bone tissue are thecharacters in this period. Clinical manifestations appear on these elder women, whichare osteosclerosis and increasing the possibility of fracture.

目的： 围绝经期骨质疏松症是指围绝经期女性由于卵巢功能衰退，雌激素水平下降，从而在骨代谢过程中，骨吸收大于骨形成，出现以低骨量和骨组织的显微结构退行性变为特征，临床表现为骨脆性和骨折易感性增加的一种代谢性疾病。

This hypothesis is supported by the evidence such as the locations of genes associated with familial hemiplegic migraine, possibly "typical" migraine as well (dominantly on chromosome 19p, 1q, and 2q), male:female ratio of prevalence (1:2-1:4), the mostly youth-onset, the provocation by the contraceptives, the induction by menstruation, and the self-limitation after menopause.

Methods 180 patients with uterine myoma peri-menopausal period were randomly divided into three groups. Patients in treatmentⅠgroup (n=100) were given Yiqizhuyu decoction. Patients in treatmentⅡgroup (n=40) were given Yiqizhuyu powder (twice a day, by taking medicine after mixing with water). The re was a discontinuation at menstruation. Patients in control group (n=40) were treated by cassia tuckahoe capsule (3 pills, thrice a day).

将180例围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者随机分为3组，治疗1组100例予益气逐瘀中药煎剂，日1剂，分2次口服；治疗2组40例予益气逐瘀中药颗粒，日1剂，分2次热水冲服；对照组40例予桂枝茯苓胶囊，每次3粒，每日3次口服。3组均经期停服，3个月为1个疗程，2个疗程后统计疗效。

补充女性激素，如替勃龙在临床上已广泛用以改善绝经期妇女精神情绪障碍，缓解绝经期综合征，但对绝经期 FD患者的疗效及机制则鲜有报道。

Methods:The several data of nail fold microcirculation,female hormone and blood lipid were obtained and compared among three groups before treatment. The three groups were Group Control,Group PM and Group PMS(patients with perimenopausal syndrome),60 samples in each group.

对60例正常妇女、60例无症状围绝经期妇女、60例围绝经期综合征妇女在治疗前检测甲襞微循环、雌激素及血脂，并进行组间比较；另外对PMS妇女在中西结合治疗后进行甲襞微循环、雌激素及血脂检测，并与治疗前对比观察。
