RESULTS: Of the total 499 ADR cases, the drugs involved totalled 189 kinds, with anti-infective drugs showing the highest proportions . Lesions of skin and its appendants took the lead (37.5%).

结果 499例 ADR中，男性251例（占50.3%），女性248例（占49.7%）；涉及ADRs的药物共189个品种，其中抗感染药物居多（占39.0%）；静脉滴注是引起 ADR的主要给药途径（占76.6%）；ADR累及的主要器官/系统为皮肤损害（占37.5%）；严重 ADR有14例(占2.8%)。

RESULTS:Of the501ADR cases,226cases were resulted from antibiotic drugs which accounted for45.1%,80cases were resulted from by traditional Chinese drugs preparaˉtions which accounted for16.0%;ADR most commonly manifested itself in the injury of skin and appendants,which accounted for48.9%(245cases),then the damage of digestive system and circulation system,there were21(4.2%)comparative serious ADR cases among which;most cases were resulted from iv which accounted for65.9%(330cases)of the total.

现就患者年龄、给药途径、引起ADR的药物种类及涉及器官等方面进行总结，并简要分析如下。1资料与方法1 1资料来源收集我市各县、市2004年ADR报告共501例。
