方法将雄性SD大鼠60只，随机分成空白组、模型组、保列治治疗对照组、前列宁颗粒低、中、高剂量组，采用丙酸睾丸酮皮下注射引起大鼠前列腺增生模型，连续给药30d后，观察6组动物体重、前列腺湿重、前列腺指数、前列腺组织形态、血清睾酮、雌二醇(E2)水平的变化。
