Methods 12 healthy male SD rats were anaesthetized and heparinised. The right carotid artery, jugular vein and two distal ileocolic veins were cannulated for blood transfusion, volume compensation, drug infusion, and blood sampling respectively.

方法健康雄性SD大鼠l2只，作右侧颈动脉、颈静脉插管；开腹后，经回结肠静脉作门静脉插管，分别用以输血、输液、给药、留样、检测等。

To study the effecacy of heat clearing and Qi regulating prescriptionfor helicobacter felis gastritis in Balb/c mice,sixty model Balb/c mice were randomly allocated to five groups:three HCQRP groups(in 26.6g/kg,13.3g/kg and 6.65g/kg respectively) and triple therapy control group(with metronidazole,tetracycline and bismuth)and saline control group.

为检验清热理气方(蒲公英60g、黄连10g、黄芩10g、枳壳10g、佛手12g、炙甘草6g)对实验性猫胃螺杆菌胃炎的治疗作用。采用复制Balb/c猫胃螺杆菌胃炎模型，以清热理气方大、中、小剂量(分别为26.6g/kg、13.3g/kg、6.65g/kg)给药，以三联疗法(灭滴灵2.6mg、四环素1.3mg、丽珠得乐1.3mg)为阳性对照组，以生理盐水为阴性对照。

Result The feeding and hygiene management methods of the Ochotona Curzoniae were gradually established. We also developed 11 kinds of basic methods and techniques,such as animals crawling、marking、fixing、anesthesia、drug administration、executing and so on.

结果 建立了高原鼠兔饲养管理和卫生管理方法，建立抓取、标记、固定、麻醉、给药、取材、处死等11种动物实验基本方法和技术。

The respiratory function in 61 patients (71.8%) was improved at different extent by electronic bronchoscope treatment,such as aspirating sputum,washing,medicine treatment,and hemostasis,etc.

对61例(71.8%)患者经支气管镜吸痰、灌洗、给药、止血等治疗后不张肺叶均有不同程度复张，呼吸功能明显改善。

Eighty SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: acute spinal cord injury groups ( SCI groups, n=20);administration of Ulinastatin (U groups, n=20), use Ulinastatin after SCI at half an- and 4- and 8- and 24- and 48- hour.;administration of Methylprednisolone (M groups, n=20), use Ulinastatin after SCI at half an- and 4- and 8- and 24- and 48- hour; administration of Ulinastatin and Methylprednisolone(M+U groups, n=20), use Ulinastatin and Methylprednisolone after SCI at half an- and 4- and 8- and 24- and 48- hour;Allen's weight drop model of acute spinal cord injury was prepared.

本课题利用Allen重物打击模型，选用SD大鼠80只，随机分为四组：脊髓损伤组(SCI组，n=20)；使用乌司他丁组(乌组，n=20)；使用甲基强的松龙组(甲组，n=20)；乌司他丁+甲基强的松龙联合用药组(乌+甲组，n=20)，所有给药组在脊髓损伤后(半小时、4小时、8小时、24小时、48小时)给药。
