Preparation for drug serum: 20 Wistars mouses were at random divided intofour group that were fed with regular dosage baoganning (wascomposed of Milkvetch Root, Peach Seed, Baical Skullcap Root, WhitebackleafMallotus Root, Turtle Shell, Dan-Shen Root, RadixBupleuri, White Peony Root,Immature Bitter Orange,1.77g/ml),double dosage baoganning(3.54g/ml),Colchicine(0.05g/ml) and saline for seven days respectively. They were normalmouse serum,serum of baoganning regular dosage, serum of baoganning doubledosage and serum of Colchicine.

研究方法一、药物血清的制备：给正常20只Wistar大鼠随机分组，每组5只，采用血清药理学方法，分组给予保肝宁(由黄芪、桃仁、丹参、黄芩、鳖甲、柴胡、白芍、枳实等组成)等剂量煎剂(1.77g／ml)，保肝宁二倍剂量组煎剂(3.54g／ml)，秋水仙碱(0.05g／ml)灌胃7天，正常对照组大鼠给予生理盐水，常规方法制备含药血清及正常大鼠血清。

MethodsThe same dosage of hypoxanthine, different uricase inhibitor are used singly or combined to replicate hyperuricemia model, inspect the uric acid in serum at different periods of time.

方法采用相同剂量次黄嘌呤，不同剂量尿酸酶抑制剂单次和连续给予复制代谢性高尿酸血症模型，测定造模后不同时段大鼠血尿酸值。

Methods The cognitive impairment rat model was induced by hypodermic D-galactose injection and half fat feeder (6 weeks), the Morris water maze was used to screen the model rats, which were divided randomly into 4 groups (12 rats in each group): the model group, the hydrochloricdonepezil group (0.4 mg/kg, weight, sic passim), the low-dose Huannao Yicong Fang group (7 g crude drug/kg), the high-dose Huannao Yicong Fang group (14 g crude drug/kg), they were treated respectively by intragastric administration. Besides, a control group of 12 rats was set up, they were given tales doses of distilled water. After 4 weeks, the behavior of the rats was detected, the contents of plasma P-selectin and PAI-1 were measured by ELISA, also the hemorrheology was measured.

采用皮下注射D-半乳糖及喂饲半高脂饲料（6周）的方法造成大鼠认知功能障碍，Morris水迷宫行为学测试确定模型成功的动物，随机分成四组（每组12只：模型对照组给予等量水，盐酸多奈哌齐组（0.4mg/kg，体质量，下同），还脑益聪方低剂量组（7g生药／kg），还脑益聪方高剂量组（14g生药／kg），同时灌胃给药，并设立正常对照组，给予等量水。4周后，对大鼠行为学检测，应用酶联免疫法检测大鼠血浆P-选择素及PAI-1含量和血液流变学各项指标。

However, the size and number of colonies are less than which in anaerobic TYL medium. It can not grow in aerobic TYL and TYG media. Bifidobacterium longum can tolerate radiation dose as high as 80 Gy, which is the total dose in clinical radiotherapy. Therefore, Bifidobacterium longum has the potential to be the vector for cancer gene therapy combining radiotherapy. Besides, this is the first study to investigate the tolerance of X-ray radiation for Bifidobacterium longum.

此外，从本研究中得知Bifidobacterium longum可耐受高达80 Gy的辐射剂量（单次照射，存活分率为22 ％；以分次照射每次给予2 Gy来估算，存活分率为67％），此剂量为临床放射治疗一般给予的总剂量，因此证实Bifidobacterium longum有很大的潜力做为癌症基因治疗合并放射治疗的载具，本研究也是首篇调查Bifidobacterium longum对放射线耐受性的研究。

Methods: The rats were injected with thioacetamide 600mg/kg twice at same time for two days to induce the model of acute hepatic failure rat except the normal group injected with the normal saline hypodermically.

按600mg/kg的剂量经皮下注射硫代乙酰胺1次，24小时后按相同剂量重复注射1次，造成大鼠急性肝衰竭模型，于实验前3天至实验结束分别给予各组大鼠生理盐水，不同剂量丹黄方及促肝细胞生长素，观察造模后48小时内大鼠病死率，并于造模48小时后经腹主动脉采血测定ALT、AST、TBil、TNF-α、IL-6，取肝组织作病检。

并且有17.79％的男性同性恋者在1年内与异性保持着性关系。但在与异性阴道性交时，绝大多数（92.51％）偶然或不使用安全套；(11)MiceGrayAuto软件实现了大鼠性偏爱视频数据自动处理功能，MiceGrayManu软件实验了大鼠性行为图象分析功能；(12)大脑性分化前高剂量的雄激素有促雌鼠雄性化和去雌性化的作用，并表现为同性性倾向，建立了雌鼠同性恋模型；(13)在雄鼠大脑性分化前外周给予雌激素对成年后的性偏爱和性行为未产生明显影响；(14)在雄鼠大脑性分化前外周给予雌激素拮抗剂明显削弱雄性性行为，阻碍了雄性性偏爱，但雌性行为无明显变化，雄鼠的同性恋模型还有待进一步调整和改进：(15)高剂量雄激素处理的雌鼠SDN-POA体积明显大于对照雌鼠组，而AVPV体积明显小于对照雌鼠组。

Methods 72 mimic cervical radiculitis Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups randomly:moderate dose group of JZ-I,high dose group of JZ-I,Jingfukang group and control group.JZ-I of moderate dose,JZ-I of high dose,Jingfukang and water were given to the rats seperately.PGE2 was determinated by radioimmunoassay at 3,7,14 days after animal models had been made.

将72只模拟颈神经根炎Wistar大鼠随机分为四组：颈椎Ⅰ号中剂量组、颈椎Ⅰ号高剂量组、颈复康组及空白对照组，分别给予颈椎Ⅰ号中剂量、高剂量、颈复康及凉开水，于造模后3天、7天、14天，取血浆进行PGE2含量的放射免疫测定。

Rats in control group and model group received 0.9% sodium chloride solution 10 mL/kg. Rats in compound danshen dripping pills group received 0.75% compound danshen dripping pills 10 mL/kg. Rats in Xintongzhi drop pill high dose group and Xintongzhi drop pill low dose group received 3.6%, 1.8% Xintongzhi drop pill 10 mL/kg, respectively. After 7 days except control group, myocardial ischemia models were established by ranine vein of hypophysin in other four groups. The changes of lactate dehydrogenase,α-Hydroxybutyrate Dehydrogenase, creatine kinase, creatine kinase MB and ECG were recorded in each groups.

正常组和模型组予0.9%氯化钠注射液，复方丹参滴丸对照组予0.75%复方丹参滴丸水溶液，心痛治滴丸高剂量组、心痛治滴丸低剂量组分别给予3.6%、1.8%的心痛治滴丸水溶液，各组均10 mL/kg，每日1次灌胃。7日后除正常组外，其余4组均采用垂体后叶素0.5 U/kg舌下静脉注射制备大鼠急性心肌缺血模型，并检测各组乳酸脱氢酶、α-羟丁酸酶、磷酸肌酸激酶及磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶和心电图的改变。

Methods : We gave 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 times low dose total-body irradiation to control group (No. 1 group) and experiment group (No. 2, 3,4,5 group) respectively with γ irradiation .Each dose is 0. 1GY and dose rate is 1.28 cGY/min. The interval of each irradiation is 48 hours . Six hours after every group finished their own total dose , we kill the rats and get their thyme .

采用γ射线分别对对照组(1组)和实验组(2、3、4、5组)给予0、1、2、3、4次低剂量全身照射，单次剂量0.1GY，剂量率为1.28cGY／min，每次照射间隔时间48小时，各组在完成照射总剂量后6小时处死取胸腺，采用双参数直接免疫荧光流式细胞术，检测大鼠低剂量全身照射后胸腺细胞CD4、CD8、CD3~+T细胞的表达情况以及CD4／CD8的变化。

In a crossover study 1 involving 36 patients with multiple sclerosis, amifampridine given in a dosage of up to 100 mg daily improved symptoms of leg weakness to a greater extent than placebo but paraesthesia and abdominal pain, which occurred in most patients, were dose-limiting in some.
