Results 278 cases of patients who were followed an average follow-up of 3 months, all patients have achieved satisfactory therapeutic effects, and surgery-related complication rate was 9.57%(31/324), including 2 cases of acute intracranial hematoma, intracranial infection in 1 cases, non-tension pneumocephalus in 14 cases, seven cases of subdural effusion, low intracranial pressure in 5 cases. Conclusion Drainage using minimally invasive surgery (one-time use of YL-1 type of intracranial hematoma puncture needle grinding and urokinase technology) can achieve a more better therapeutic effect than burr-hole craniotomy with drainage or simple minimally invasive irrigation and drainage in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma.

Abstract］ objective to assess the efficacy and safety of transurethral resection of prostatewith plasmakinetic technique and to improve the qualities of pkrp.methods the data of 273 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasiawere retrospectively studied baseing on the mastering of pkrp.the average maximum urinary flow rate,the average residual urinary volumeand the average international prostate symptom score were analysed.results pkrp was successfully performed on 273 patients.intraoperative blood transfusion was performed in 6 cases,no obturator nerve reflex,transurethral resection syndrome,permanent urinary incontinence occurred and no death cases occurred.the follow-up time was 2～26 months with an average of 5.63 months,postoperative average qmax increased to 15.9 ml/s,and ruv decreased to 16.0 ml/s and the average ipss was 9.compared with those of preoperation,the differences were significant.conclusion pkrp has superior tissue cutting function and hemostasis.it is suggested that transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic resection of prostate be effective and safe.

objective the aim of this study is to investigate the expression and the distribution of the nerve growth factor during the period of neural tube development of human embryo.method early development of neural tube was studied in human embryos about 35 gestational days by using immunocytochemical abc technique.result there were ngf immuno-positive substances in the cytoplasm and nuclei of neuroepithelial cells in the ventricular zones of neural tube.in the intermediate zone of neural tube,ngf immunoreactivity was detected in the nuclei of some neurons,or the processes of other neurons which contained no ngf-immunoreactive substances in their nuclei;the expression pattern of ngf in the marginal zone of neural tube was similar to that of the intermediate zone.the density of ngf-immunorecative particles was higher on the rostrum side of neural tube than on the caudal side.the ngf immuno-positive cells were also observed among the somites of embryo under the neural tube.conclusion these results suggest that ngf was an important signal molecule to induce neural tube differentiation,and that ngf may play a significant role in regulation of the biological function of neurons in developing neural tube.
