结缕草

Zoysia japonica is a perennial, short bunch grass,which has widely adaptability and strong resistance.It distributes in 11 provinces in China.

结缕草是多年生低矮草本植物，在我国11个省份有分布，具有生态幅宽、抗性强等优良特性。

The Perennial ryegrass, Tall fescue and Red fescue have the largest seed germination rate under the 8 grades NaCl concentration stress. With the concentration increasing, the seed germination of turfgrass sharply decreased. Most of the turfgrass seeds couldn germinate under the NaC1 stress which concentration was above 0.1%, besides the Zoysia, Alkali grass and Creeping bentgrass got a good germination rate.

利用8个梯度（0％，0.2％，0.4％，0.6％，0.8％，1.0％，1.2％，1.4％）的NaCl胁迫处理试验发现，低盐浓度下（培养液〈=0.2％NaCl）草种发芽率以多年生黑麦草、高羊茅最高；随着盐浓度的增加，各草种发芽率迅速下降，当盐浓度达到1.0％时，大部分草种不能发芽或发芽很少，只有结缕草、碱茅及匍匐翦股颖等草种有较好的发芽表现。

The results showed that soil copper contamination did not significantly affect the leaf growth of Bermuda grass and its influence on root biomass and leaf chlorophyll content in Bermuda grass were also less than that in zoysiagrass.

结果表明：铜污染处理对狗牙根草坪的地上部分叶片生长量的影响不显著，对根系生长量和叶绿素含量的影响也明显小于结缕草；铜污染处理未引起冷季型草坪的叶绿素含量的下降，对高羊茅草坪的密度影响不显著，对叶片生长量的影响也明显小于草地早熟禾和多年生黑麦草，而草地早熟禾虽然叶片生长受到了严重的抑制，但根系生长未受到显著影响，也表现出了对土壤铜污染的一定的耐性。

Two warm-season turfgrasses, including Bermuda grass and zoysiagrass, and three cool-season turfgrasses, including tall fescue, Kentucky bluegrass and perennial ryegrass were selected to study their growth responses under the simulated soil copper contamination conditions.
