结石尿

The patient is a victim of recurrent renal stone and urethral stone. Due to SOB, dysuria, anasarca, pain, and irritable mood. She was admitted to ICU and was diagnosed as acute renal failure. We gather the relative clinical information by interviewing, communication and observation, and evaluate the behavior and stimulate factors of her physiological function ,self- recognition, role function, inter-dependence.

个案为肾结石及尿路结石多年患者，入院后出现呼吸喘、解尿困难、身体浮肿、疼痛、易怒等情形，诊断为急性肾衰竭；笔者运用会谈、沟通及观察收集相关资料，评估其生理功能、自我概念、角色功能与相互依赖之行为表现及其刺激因素。

Results Compared with patients had accepted therapy of ESWL without using the Chinese prescription, the patients who had accepted the therapy of ESWL matching with Chinese prescription,whose time for excluding the urinary lithiasis was shorten by 3~5 days ,so did the time for the hematuria, and whose pain was relieved markedly also.

1 250例患尿路结石的患者接受了ESWL治疗，治疗后用自拟中药配方配合排石。结果与不用自拟中药配方患者对比排石时间缩短了3~5 d，痛感明显减轻，血尿时间缩短。

结果本组中急性腹痛原发性疾病依次为痛经25例，占23.16%；胃痉挛25例，占23.16%；急性阑尾炎24例，占22.22%，泌尿结石23例，占21.30%；胆结石9例，占8.33%；大叶性肺炎1例，占0.92%；带状疱疹1例，占0.92%。

Results Out of the4527paˉtients treated by ESWL,stones were excreted completely from4512patients within2weeks;12patients who had comˉplication of the urethra stone street were cured by transcutaneous nephrocentesis,nephrostomy and ureterolithotomy through uretercystoscope;stones weretaken out by operation from the other3patients,from whom the excretion of stones was not possible.

结果 经ESWL治疗的4527例泌尿系结石病人中，4512例在2周内排尽结石，12例并发输尿管&石街&，加用经皮肾穿刺造瘘和输尿管镜取石治疗，3例中转手术治疗。

Results Of the 21 patients, 5 showed transplanted kidney swelling alone, 8 showed transplanted kidney swelling and perinephric dropsy, 1 showed atrophy and function failure of both kidney, 2 showed perinephric hemorrhage, 1 showed multiple small cysts, small calculi and perinephric dropsy of transplanted kidney, 1 showed ureteral fistula, ureteral stricture, hydronephrosis and infarct of subsegment kidney, 1 showed hydronephrosis and ureteral calculi, 1 showed swelling and pyonephrosis, and 1 showed rupture of transplanted kidney.

结果 21例患者中5例仅表现为移植肾肿胀，8例表现为移植肾肿胀并肾周积液；1例为双肾萎缩伴功能丧失；2例表现为移植肾周积血；1例表现为移植肾多发小囊肿、小结石并肾周积液；1例表现为移植肾输尿管旁尿瘘伴输尿管狭窄及肾积水、亚段肾梗死；1例表现为移植肾积水并输尿管结石；1例表现为移植肾肿胀，肾盂内积脓；1例表现为移植肾破裂。

objective to discuss the nursing methods of acute postrenal renal calculus obstruction through ureteroscope.methods the preoperative and postorerative aborative nursing in 22 cases of patients with ureter calculus who were treated by emergency ureteroscope were analyzed retrospectively.results all patients became well and renal function was improved quickly after operation,after the timely treatment and nursing,none patients occured the serious complication.conclusion timely and right preoperative preparation,mental nursing and postoperative nursing were essential for the success of operation.

目的 讨论经尿道输尿管镜治疗急性肾后结石梗阻的护理方法。方法对22名患者进行急诊经尿道输尿管镜，治疗上尿路结石的术前、术后精心护理的回顾分析。结果所有患者顺利接受手术，术后患者全身状况、肾功能快速恢复，并发症得到及时治疗和护理，无一例发生严重并发症。结论及时准确的术前准备、心理护理、术后护理、是保证手术成功的重要保障。
