METHODS:A total of 77 patients with marginal,49 with partial and 6 with complete deerhorn- like nephrolith in our department were studied retrospectively.

目的：研究低能量体外冲击波碎石(extracorpreal shock wave lihotripsy，ESWL)治疗边缘性鹿角形结石、部分鹿角形结石、完全鹿角形结石的疗效及副作用。

目的 探讨对边缘性鹿角形结石、部分鹿角形结石、完全鹿角形结石实施低能量体外冲击波碎石（extracorpreal shock wave lithotripsy，ESWL）的疗效及副作用。

其病理变化是微小的结石常伴有前列腺的灶性，慢性炎症变，结石大者前列腺管和腺泡扩张，周围有大小不等，形状各异的囊腔，其内壁无上皮细胞覆盖，在腺泡间有园形细胞浸润及纤维化，结石可位于腺管开口处，亦可在腺体深部，长期感染者。

In the study of urinary stone formation mechanism and prevention of recurrent urolithiasis, knowing the stone composition is important.

了解尿路结石成份对结石的形成机转及再发性结石的预防都有重要的帮助。

The incidence of symptomatic urolithiasis during pregnancy was 0.35%. Of the 20 stones found, nine were on the right side and 11 were on the left, and two patients had bilateral urinary stones.

怀孕时有症状的结石发生率为0.35%；在20个结石中，右侧的有9个，左侧的有11个，其中有两位同时有双侧的结石。

Firstly,all patients have been excided the upper ductus choledochus,the liver gross duct,left right liver duct besides one centimeter of liver duct that lies upwards the hepatolith.Secondly, we have sutured the excided bile duct, which has been shaped acetabuliform,lifted one part of jejunums,intered non-port one subcuneously,and then inosculated gall with enteron by Roux-en-Y way.Lastly,we have partly excised the ill liver in regular way.Results 26 ones have been follow-up for 1～10 years.The rate is 81 percents,average for 6 years.

32例肝内胆管结石均接受皮下盲袢型胆肠吻合术，其中结石位于右肝7例（22%），左肝9例（28%），两肝均有16例（50%）；结石合并肝胆管狭窄24例（75%），全部病例均切开胆总管上部、肝总管、左右肝管，并切开肝内胆管狭窄部以上1cm肝管，将切开的胆管做必要的缝合，形成碟状，取一段空肠上提，盲袢埋置皮下，再做胆肠Roux-en-Y吻合，病肝做规则性肝部分切除术。

METHODS: The location of 65 consecutive patients with Wharton's duct calculus was analyzed by bimanual examination of the floor of month and bite film of the mandible. Of 65 patients, 57 had the stone removed via intraoral duct incision or sialoendoscopy, 8 by submandibular gland excision. After operation, the shape and size of the calculus were observed and measured.

对连续就诊的65例下颌下腺导管结石患者通过口底双合诊和下颌横断片判断结石的位置，手术取石，其中57例经口内直接切开导管取石或内镜辅助下取石，8例行下颌下腺切除术后取石，观察、测量术后所取结石的形状和大小。

Objective To study the effect of biliary tract e xpansion techniquecombined with electrohydraulic lithotripsy in treating intrahepatic biliary stricture and hepatolith iasis blockage or complex hepatolithiasis.

目的总结胆道镜胆道扩张技术和液电碎石对合并有肝内胆管狭窄、胆道嵌顿结石、巨大结石复杂性肝内胆管结石的治疗效果。

When treating multiple stones in homolateral ureter by ESWL, choosing the treating sequence distal first proximal later could get better effects and avoid severe complication.

结论在ESWL治疗同侧输尿管内多发结石时，采取先治疗远端结石后治疗近端结石的顺序，疗效优于先近端后远端的治疗顺序，而且避免了严重并发症的产生。

RESULTS:① The demonstrating rate of intrahepatic bile duct calculus was 87.5% and that of other parts was 100%.② The rate of orientative diagnosis of choledocholithiasis was 94.7%, that of intrahepatic bile buct calculus was 75.0％ and that of other parts was

结果：①定位诊断：对肝内胆管结石梗阻部位显示率为87.5%，对其他梗阻部位显示率为100%；②定性诊断：术前诊断胆总管结石正确率为94.7%，肝内胆管结石正确率为75.0%，其他胆道梗阻正确率为90.9%～100%。
