Results:The primary lesions of pulmonary tuberculosis(56 cases), tuberculous cavity(38 cases), caseous pueumonia(40 cases), tuberculous pleurity(20 cases), bronchi , hilar and mediastimal enlarged lymph nodes(17 cases), miliary tuberculosis (5 cases).

结果：肺内原发病灶56例，结核性空洞38例，干酪性肺炎40例，结核性胸膜炎20例，支气管旁、肺门及纵隔淋巴结肿 17例，粟粒性肺结核5例。

Methods MHC-DRB1, DQA1, DQB1 were examined by using polymerase chain reaction/sequence specific oligonuleotide probe methods in 19 patients with miliary tuberculosis, 36 with tuberculous menigitis,20 with primary tuberculosis, 28 with tuberculous pleurisy and 91 controls.

采用聚合酶链式反应-序列特异性寡核苷酸探针斑点杂交方法，测定原发性肺结核20例、结核性胸膜炎28例、粟粒型肺结核19例、结核性脑膜炎36例和91例正常对照组的MHC-DRB1，DQA1，DQB1等位基因。

Antibiotics, non- Steroid anti-inflammatory drugs, anti-tubercle drugs and corticosteroids are effective drugs.

结节型皮肤血管炎多发于中年女性；结节型皮肤血管炎病因复杂，可能是由于细菌、真菌、病毒、结核、药物等所引起，也可为某些全身性疾病的皮肤表现；实验室指标异常改变可能与疾病免疫反应有关；结节型皮肤血管炎诊断以双下肢红斑结节性损害的临床特点，结合实验室及组织病理学检查可确诊分型；结节型皮肤血管炎针对病因选用抗生素、非甾体抗炎药、抗结核药、皮质类固醇激素等治疗有效。

三、纤维支气管镜检查所有患者经纤维支气管镜检查前均查痰找抗酸杆菌1~3次，除2例痰菌阳性外，余为阴性；在纤维支气管镜直视下观察气管、支气管及各肺段、支气管黏膜，经取活检、刷检做病理细胞学检查及细菌学检查；以支气管内膜异常并经病理组织为结核病变或结核菌涂片阳性诊断支气管内膜结核。

It also can be used as alternative antigen of newgeneration vaccine.In this experiment,we screen the major protective antigen hsp65 gene of MAP in order to developnew vaccine especially the DNA vaccine for the prevention of paratuberculosis disease.The hsp65 genewas amplified from MAP C-2 chromosomal DNA by using the PCR technique.We gained a hsp65 gene of 1 626bp.Then PCR product was cloned into pGEM-T vector by T-A clone technique and therecombinant clone was identified by plasmid size,enzyme digestion and PCR identification.The cloneplasmid of pGEM-T- hsp65 was successfully constructed.The nucleotide sequence and deduced aminoacid sequence ofclone gene was analyzed by DNASTAR software.The result indicated that the size ofhsp65 gene consist with M.paratuberculosis K-10 strain in GenBank and the sequential homogeneityreached 99.1%,the amino acid homogeneity reached 99.3%.The preceding analysis indicated that thehsp65 gene was very conservative in M.paratuberculosis.

为了研发预防副结核病的新型疫苗尤其是DNA疫苗及相关蛋白功能，本研究选择了MAP的主要保护性抗原Hsp65蛋白，以副结核分枝杆菌C-2株染色体DNA为模板，以hsp65基因的特异性引物进行PCR扩增，获得了1 626bp的hsp65基因，通过T-A克隆技术，将PCR产物克隆至pGEM-T Vector中，以质粒大小、酶切分析、PCR扩增及序列分析鉴定重组克隆，成功地构建出克隆质粒pGEM-T-hsp65，以DNASTAR软件分析了所克隆基因的核苷酸序列和推导的氨基酸序列，结果表明，所获得的hsp65基因与GenBank中MAPK-10株该基因核苷酸大小完全一致，两者核苷酸序列的同源性为99.1％，氨基酸序列的同源性为99.3％，表明该基因在副结核分枝杆菌中高度保守。

多年来，分中心各实验室切实履行严格把关的职责，植物检疫共截获大豆疫霉病菌、小麦印度腥黑穗病菌、小麦矮腥黑穗病菌、松材线虫、假高梁、菜豆象、芒果果核象甲、桔小实蝇、大家白蚁等国家禁止进境的危险性有害生物220 多种近10000 批次；动物检疫发现感染牛传染性鼻气管炎、牛白血病、副结核等传染病的疫牛20 多头；食品微生物检测共检测沙门、单增、副结核的不合格商品300 多批；分子生物学实验室为国内企业出具非转基因证书和不含有牛羊源成分证书50 余份，使相关的产品能够顺利出口到欧盟、韩国和日本等国。

Results Compared high kV X-ray chest film with spiral CT,to simplex silicosis,X-ray films coincided with CT scans;to mixed silicosis,the effect of CT scans were better than X-ray's;to large nodule,coalesced progressive massive fibrosis,the detected ratio of CT scans were higher than X-ray chest films;to silicosis complication,for example,emphysema,pleural thickening,phthisic,mediastinal impairment lympy node etc,CT scans were more reliable than X-ray films,especially HRCT can earlier find silicotic nodule and fine structure of focus.Selective application of CT scan,had great diagnostic value in complicated silicosis and silco-tuberculosis and lung cancer complicated with silicosis etc.

结果 高千伏X线胸片与螺旋CT作对比，结果对单纯矽肺并发肺癌，CT片与X线胸片基本一致；对于复杂矽肺并发肺癌CT优于X线胸片；对于大结节、肺内进行性大块纤维化(progressive massive fibrosis，PMF)融合、空洞及钙化CT检出率明显高出胸片；对矽肺并发肺癌的合并其他如肺气肿、胸膜肥厚、结核、纵隔淋巴受累等CT均较胸片可靠；特别是HRCT能早期发现矽肺肿块样病灶中细微结构，选择性应用CT，对复杂矽肺并发肺癌合并结核等鉴别诊断有很大价值。
