METHODS: The whole protome of H37Rv was scanned by SignalP and TMHMM. The protein date analysis system based on Visual FoxPro was established to process the output of SignalP and TMHMM and identify the secreted proteins. The sequences of the secreted proteins were aligned by BLASTp.
