Results There were 4 type of TP. Type Ⅰ was simple exudation pleuritis; Type Ⅱ was simple local lesion; Type Ⅲ was exudation and local lesion; Type Ⅳ was chronic pleural lesion.

结果 结核性胸膜炎CT表现分 4型：Ⅰ型单纯性渗出性胸膜病变，Ⅱ型单纯性局限性胸膜病变，Ⅲ型渗出及局限性胸膜病变共存，Ⅳ型慢性胸膜改变。

Fifty-two protein peaks in the sera were significantly different between 57 patients with tuberculous pleuritis and 70 controls(P＜0.01).The protein peak at m/z 5643 was highly expressed in 47.4%(27/57) sera from the patients with tuberculous pleuritis,and lowly expressed in 4 sera from the patients with non-TB pleuritis.

因此，选择5643 m/z蛋白作为潜在的诊断标志物，经RP-HPLC分离、纯化，并利用MALDI-TOF-MS及LC-MS/MS进行鉴定，5643 m/z目标蛋白质是粘蛋白，又称为α-1-酸性糖蛋白。57例结核性胸膜炎患者血清和70例对照血清蛋白指纹图谱比较，有52个差异蛋白峰(p＜0.01)。

The time of the pedogenic process was in the last ice age, therefore this area was colder and drier in climate and lower in sea level than today. The main chemical process in the soil was oxidation, a period of the formation of oxide minerals such as limonite. With the deposition and covering of the marine facies layer in the postglacial period, the soil turned into diagenetic process. Consequently the chemical process in the soil was dominated by reduction and this process was the main development period for nodules of iron-manganese carbonate to form.

Methods A total of 125 tuberculous patients with proteinic malnutrition, who were hospitalized in our department for initial treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis from September 2002 to May 2006, were studied for their hepatitis induced by the first line antituberculous drug.
