By using Visual Basic, based on NASTRAN finite element analysis, this paper developed an efficient and convenient software which can process automatically the result of NASTRAN analysis and establish the database, and compute the failure probability of structural element and system, plot the contour of failure probability.

Result The results indicated that the optimal medium of shoot inducement for leaf-explant was MS+6-BA 1.00 mg/L+NAA 0.50 mg/L, and the optimal concentration of Kanamycin and Cefotaxime sodium in gene-engineering was 40 and 300 mg/L, respectively. The rootage rate of the reborn bud might reach 82% in MS medium with IBA 0.10 mg/L.

结果］结果表明，三倍体毛白杨最适合的不定芽分化培养基配方为MS+6-BA 1.00 mg/L+NAA 0.50 mg/L；在基因工程中，40 mg/L的卡那霉素为选择性抗生素使用浓度，300 mg/L的头孢霉素为抑菌性抗生素使用浓度；再生的不定芽在MS+IBA 0.10 mg/L固体培养基中生根率可达82%。

Results: The cultured PDLSCs and SCAP from single colonies showed typical fibroblast-like cells under light microscope. The colony forming units-fibroblasts of PDLSCs and SCAP were 1 to 23 units /105, 20 to 130 units/105 , respectively.

结果 综合病史、临床表现及治疗结果，有 45例临床诊断为真菌性角膜炎，其中 3 2例角膜刮片培养到真菌，阳性率为 71 11%( 3 2 /4 5 )；43例共焦显微镜检查观察到真菌菌丝和/或孢子，阳性率为 95 5 6%( 4 3 /4 5 )。

The RAPD was used to study the genetic diversity of 19 KinXin series potato cultivars. The result showed that 52 RAPD bands were amplified using 7 primer, among them 43 bands were polymorphic, and 4~9 bands were amplified in each lane. The RAPD analysis indicated that the genetic distance of 19 potato cultivars was between 0.17~0.72, average value was 0.39. When all of the polymorphic bands were analysed by cluster analysis, 19 potato cultivars were classified into 3 groups. The analysis showed that there existed close sibship among the majority of potato cultivars, and the genetic distance between the minority cultivars and the others is longer, which indicate that the genetic basis of KeXin series potato cultivars is wide.

利用RAPD标记技术对19份克新系列马铃薯品种进行了遗传多样性分析，分别提取19份马铃薯品种的DNA，进行随机引物多态性扩增，从1000条随机引物中初步筛选出7条有多态性的引物进行详细研究，每条RAPD引物扩增出4~9条带，共获得52条带，其中多态性条带为43条；19份马铃薯品种的遗传距离介于0.17~0.72之间，平均值为0.39，平均遗传距离介于0.31~0.51之间；聚类分析结果在GS=0.53处可将克新系列马铃薯品种划分为三类，聚类结果与系谱分析基本相符，同时也说明克新系列马铃薯的遗传基础有所拓宽。

In this paper, chemistry composition, fiber morphology and pulping property in Solidago canadensis were analyzed and determined preliminarily. The results showed that the content of holocellulose was 81.86%, the content of cellulose was 42.63%, the content of lignin was 18.86%, it is feasible for using Solidago canadensis pulping based on it's chemical composition. The ratio of fiber length to width in Solidago canadensis was 36.67, the average length of fiber was 440 μm, and the length of fiber was too short to pulping. The ratio of wall thickness of fiber cell to lumen diameter was 0.34, and it was smaller than that of other woody fiber. In this experiment, four different methods of pulping were as follows: kraft-AQ pulping Ⅰ, kraft-AQ pulping Ⅱ, alkaline pulping, alkaline sulfite adding AQ pulping, but it was difficult for lignin removal in Solidago canadensis.

通过对一枝黄花的化学组成、纤维形态以及制浆性能进行初步探索，结果表明：(1)加拿大一枝黄花的综纤维素含量为81.86%，硝酸乙醇纤维素含量42.63%，木素含量18.86%，由化学组成看，加拿大一枝黄花是比较适宜制浆造纸的；(2)加拿大一枝黄花纤维的长宽比为36.67，纤维平均长度为44μm，从纤维长度来看，加拿大一枝黄花的纤维较短，不适宜制浆，其纤维壁腔比0.34，和其它速生材相比较小；(3)采用4种碱法制浆方案，硫酸盐蒽醌法Ⅰ，硫酸盐蒽醌法Ⅱ、烧碱法、碱性亚钠＋蒽醌法，结果显示，加拿大一枝黄花的木素非常难脱除。

The author did a simple survey of retrieving literature by using keywords as "information literacy" and "information quality" on Science and Technology Periodicals Inventory of Chinese from 1989 to 2006, there were 1691 topics for "information literacy" and 1796 topics for "information quality". But if "Western" was subjoin to keywords, there were only 6 topics fetched, and 4 of them studied the middle school students' information leteracy.

目前关于信息素质培养的研究如火如荼，笔者就此做一个简单调查，在《中国科技期刊数据库》分别以"信息素养"和"信息素质"为关键词检索1989年至2006年的文献，检索结果分别为1691篇和1796篇，但是在结果中以"西部"为关键词分别进一步查找，均只有3篇，其中4篇是关于中学生信息素养培养的文章。

The sensitivity and specificity of far-infrared thermography in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation were evaluated. Compared with the normal, the thermogram of twenty-three cases on low back with LDH changed. They can be divided into four thermal patterns that is shuttle-liking (8 cases), discontinued in the middle line (6 cases), large regional (5 cases) and nonregular (4 cases) pattern. The temperature of abnormal sides is lower than the counterpart in most cases (nineteen of twenty-three). The thermography diagnosed LDH with sensitivity 90.48% and specificity 66.68%.

结果 F-IRT显示：23例LDH患者腰骶部热形态改变为四种形式：梭形，热区向一侧偏歪或呈角状突起（8例）；夸中线热区不连贯（6例）；骶髂骨上缘呈大片高温热区（5例）；不规则形态（4例），患侧下肢较相对应的对侧胶体的温度，至少有一个患侧部位出现温度下降的有19例(82.61%)，综合CT与F-IRT结果分析：F-IRT诊断腰椎间盘侧后突的灵敏度为90.48%，特异度为66.68%。

Malignant plasmodium was founded in their blood samples.The epidemiological study showed,they had never gone to the higher malaria-epidemic areas in our country,such as Yunnan,Hainan,Guangxi,etc.During living overseas,they were all bitten by mosquito.Three cases were first infected,and others were recrudescence sufferers.When they came to hospital,the temperature was higher than 38.5℃.Except for the clinic symptom such as chill,fever,sweat etc.,five cases emerged tumid spleen and anaemia symptom.

结果〕温州口岸2005年1～7月共发现8例疟疾患者，均为国内人员国外感染，其中男性7例，女性1例，血液涂片均查到恶性疟原虫；流行病学个案调查结果显示，8例患者在国外期间均有蚊虫叮咬史；3例为初发病例，5例为复发病例；8例患者就诊时体温均超过38℃，并出现畏寒、发热、大汗等典型的疟疾临床症状，5例患者出现脾肿大和贫血症状，患者均无并发症状出现。

The magnitude on grey correlation degree between various biochemical matter contents in flower buds and agronomic characters was soluble sugar, soluble protein, POD activity, ABA , IAA, free proline and ZRs. The order in leaves was soluble sugar, POD activity, free proline, ABA , IAA, ZRs and soluble protein.
