It was found that the catalysts with 1.5% Pd content showed a higher activity. At 60—65℃ and 0.6MPa with a total catalyst amount of 0.5%,the conversion of dehydrolinalool was higher than 99% and the selectivity for linalool was higher than 96%. The change in catalyst composition upon reused for 7 times was evaluated by using ICP,and the effect of Pb and Bi to the catalytic behavior was discussed.

结果表明，钯质量分数为1.5%的催化剂活性较高，在反应温度为60～65 ℃，系统压力为0.6 MPa，催化剂用量为原料质量的0.5％，去氢芳樟醇转化率大于99%时，芳樟醇选择性大于96%，催化剂套用7次后，利用ICP对使用前后催化剂的组成进行分析后，根据反应结果分析了Pb和Bi对加氢反应的作用。

Result: Appearing rate of case in the group is examined 100%; TNM phased rate of accuracy is 91%; it is 95% to assess accuracy before the operation; the examining out rate of lymph gland is 96%; the rate of accuracy is 100%, the same as operation result.

结果：本组病例病灶检出率100％，TNM分期准确率为91％，术前评估准确性为95％，淋巴结检出率为96％，准确率为100％，与手术结果相同。

RESULTS: The average dose of venlafaxine was (196±s 48) mgd^(-1), the average effective time was (8±3) d, and the effective rate was 68%. The average dose of mirtazapine was (32±11) mgd^(-1), the average effective time was (12±6) d, and the effective rate was 65%. The scores after treatment were significantly decreased in both groups. The scores of HAMA were (33±3)%(wk 1) and (50±3)%(wk 4) in venlafaxine group,(14±3)% and (31.0±2.3)% in mirtazapine group.

结果：文拉法辛组治疗剂量为(196±s 48) mgd^(-1)，显效时间(8±3) d，有效率68%，米氮平组分别为(32±11) mgd^(-1)、(12±6) d、65%。2组疗效量表评定结果均较治疗前有显著下降，特别是文拉法辛组wk 1和wk 4的HAMA减分率为(33±3)%和(50±3)%，米氮平组为(14±3)%和(31.0±2.3)%，前者下降更为明显。

The statistical difference of proinsulin rather than HOMA index was found among the patients of various Gensini's score group (Gensini's score was examined as a categorical variable classified by tertile values) and significantly stenosed vessels group by means of the results of analysis of covariate variance after adjusting for age, sex and body mass index (p＜0.05), and the partial correlation coefficient between proinsulin level and Gensini's score, the number of significantly stenosed vessels after adjusting for age, sex and body mass index was 0.3156 (P＜0.01) and 0.2752 (P＜0.05) respectively. Multivariate linear regression analysis indicated that the level of proinsulin was positively correlated with the Gensini's score (P＜0.01). The results of multivariate stepwise Logistic indicated that the proinsulin was the independent risk factor for the coronary heart disease, and the odds ratio (95％ confidence interval) was 2.268 (1.253～4.105)(P=0.007), however, the HOMA was refused by the final model.

In this dissertation, InGaAs/InGaAsP/InP MQW microdisk laser and its characterization were presented. Some conclusions are as following: the characteristics of lasing threshold was discussed by using rate equation. The dependent relations between threshold and cavity volume, spontaneous emission coupling efficiency β were investigated. The whispering gallery mode and spontaneous emission in a microdisk geometry were then studied. Almost all spontaneous emission was coupled into the lowest order TE mode when the normalized thickness of photonics well was between 0.15 and 0.5. The design principle and device process of InGaAs/InGaAsP/InP MQW microdisk laser were presented. The microdisk lasers with the diameter of 8μm, 4. 5μm and 2μm were succesfully fabricated by using etching techniques. The pulse lasing thresholds for the microdisk with the diameter of 8μm and 4. 5μm were 170μW and 15μW, a record results compared with the published in the literature. The cw lasing threshold for a 2-μm-diameter microdisk was only a few μW. We haven't found similar report up to now. To solve the problem of directional output in a microdisk laser, the power coupling efficiency in a double disk geometry was investigated with the theory of waveguide mode couple. A new structure of electrically pumped microdisk laser with output waveguide was designed, making a foundation for the practical use of microdisk laser.

本文主要研究InGaAs/InGaAsP/InP多量子阱半导体碟型激光器的研制和特性表征，并取得如下结果：利用速率方程理论讨论了激光器激射阈值的特性，分析了阈值与腔体积和自发发射耦合系数β之间的关系；讨论了微碟光子阱结构中的自发发射特性和微碟中WGM模式特性；光子阱结构在其归一化厚度在0.15-0.5之间时，几乎全部自发发射进入到最低阶TE模式中；研究了InGaAs/InGaAsP/InP多量子阱微碟激光器的结构设计原理和器件的制备工艺；利用刻蚀方法成功制备出直径分别为8μm、4.5μm、2μm的碟型微腔激光器；直径8μm和4.5μm的微碟脉冲光泵浦激射阈值分别为170μW、15μW，是目前所见文献报导中比较低的；直径2μm的微碟连续光泵浦激射阈值仅几μW，目前尚未见到达到类似结果的研究报导；为解决微碟激光器激射光定向引出的问题，通过波导耦合模理论分析了双层碟之间功率耦合效率；据此设计了新型带耦合输出波导的电泵浦微腔激光器，为进一步研制可实用的电泵浦微腔激光器打下基础。

The results of the analysis to complete 18S rDNA and partial 28S rDNA D 6-7 domain sequences of 30 collembolan species supported the monophyly of Poduromorpha and Symphypleona, Entomobryoidea is not a monophyly, familia Neelidae should be separated from Symphypleona. The situation about the superfamilia of Tomoceroidea and the familia Neelidae need further studies. The results of the further analysis to complete 18S rDNA and nearlly completely 28S sequences of 4 Protura, 6Collembola, 5 Diplura, 5 Insecta, 10 Crustacean, using 1 Myriapoda and 1 Chelicerata as outgroups indicated that Protura, Collembola and Diplura are monophy, respectively, Protura and Diplura have the nearest realationship, they make sister groups with Collembola and all of them assemble with Insecta to make a monophy cluster of Hexapod; The results support the monophy of Pancrusracea, Crustacean is not a monophy cluster and the realationships between them with Hexapod need further reseachers.

对我国的14科27属30种跳虫的18S rDNA全序列和28S rDNA部分序列(D6-D7)的基因信息数据进行分析，结果支持原目、愈腹目的单系性，长角目不形成单系群，支持短角科从愈腹目中分出，但鳞总科和短角目的分类地位有待于深入分析探讨；进一步比对4种原尾虫、6种跳虫、5种双尾虫、5种昆虫和10种甲壳动物的18S rDNA全序列和28S rDNA全序列，以1种多足动物和1种螯肢动物为外群，进行系统关系分析，结果显示：原尾纲、弹尾纲、双尾纲分别为单系群，原尾纲和双尾纲优先聚为一支，然后和弹尾纲构成姐妹群，以上三类又和昆虫聚为一支，支持六足动物的单系性，支持泛甲壳动物，但甲壳动物并未形成单系，其各类群和六足动物之间的亲缘关系尚须进一步确定。3。

Through repetitious iterative disposing the optimal result of three kinds of loads to the mutual insert multi-span greenhouse, it is acquired that the arch pipe's diameter is 32mm, the knighthead's diameter 20mm, the mutual distance 60cm and the gradient side pole's horizontal projection distance is 50cm.
