Polymorphism was detected for exon 3 of BMP4 gene in four sheep breeds. For exon 3, three genotypes were detected in four sheep breeds. In Small Tail Han, Chinese Merino, Corriedale and South African Mutton Merino sheep, frequency of genotype AA was 0.017, 0.216, 0.115, 0.429, frequency of genotype AB was 0.102, 0.317, 0.269, 0.500, frequency of genotype BB was 0.881, 0.467, 0.616, 0.071, respectively. Sequencing revealed one singlenucleotide mutation C→A at 305 bp of exon 3 of BMP4 gene in genotype BB in comparison to genotype AA, and this mutation resulted in an amino acid change of alanine→aspartic acid.

对于外显子3的引物，在4个绵羊品种中都检测到3种基因型；统计结果表明：小尾寒羊、中国美利奴绵羊、考力代绵羊、南非肉用美利奴绵羊AA基因型频率分别为0.017、0.216、0.115、0.429，AB基因型频率分别为0.102、0.317、0.269、0.500，BB基因型频率分别为0.881、0.467、0.616、0.071；测序结果表明：BB型和AA型相比在BMP4基因外显子3第305位碱基处发生C→A的突变，该突变导致氨基酸由丙氨酸改变为天冬氨酸；BB型小尾寒羊平均产羔数分别比AB型和AA型多0.61只（P.05）和1.01只（P.05）。

The radical scavenging activity of Laminaria japonica pigments was studied by the DPPH2,2-Diphenyl~(-1-picrylhydrazylassay. The total pigments showed a strong DPPH radical scavenging activity of 65.819% with the concentration of 0.52mg.ml~(-1). The DPPH radical scavenging activity of fucoxanthin was 19.85% with the concentration of 0.27mg.ml~(-1). The antimicrobial activity of pigment in Laminaria japonica was studied by the method of round paper. The results showed that the pigment extracts have activity against Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Saricina flava and Saccharomyes cerevisia. The antibacterial activity of total pigments for Saccharomyes cerevisia was the strongest with an inhibition diameter of 18.9 mm; and the antibacterial activity of fucoxanthin for Saricina flava was also much significant with an inhibition diameter of 10.2 mm.

Experiment results indicate the more desirable orange-pomace bread can be produced if the orange pomaces are not washed in water, the sample is oven-dried and the particle diameter distribution of the orange pomaces in use is less than 250 μm. Due to the fact that the water-absorption ability of orange pomaces is strong, we may want to mix pomaces with the oil of the recipe first during the process of making orange-pomace bread and add the mixture later to the formation of the structure of gluten. Under the condition that orange pomaces account for 14% of the ingredients, the adjusted optimal condition calls for extra 2% of oil, 3% of water and 4% of gluten, the amount of yeast is increased to 2% and the fermentation time is 2 hours. The orange-pomace bread made under this condition has a specific volume of 5.19 cm3/g and receives a rating of 9.5 point. It is close to the American-style sweat bread of the control group. It is also found that the addition of orange pomaces can help slow down the rise in hardness, gumminess and chewyness of the bread during the time it is in storage.

实验结果显示，柳橙果渣於制备过程不经过清水漂洗、利用烘箱乾燥样品、使用粒径分布尺寸小於250 μm之柳橙果渣对於制作柳橙果渣面包有较理想之结果，另外由於柳橙果渣吸水性强，於制作果渣面包时需将柳橙果渣先与配方中之油脂混合，待面团搅拌成筋后再加入。14%柳橙果渣添加量下，配方上调整的最适条件为额外添加2%油脂、3%水量、4%面筋，并将酵母量增加为2%，发酵时间为2 h，所制作出之柳橙果渣面包比体积为5.19 cm3/g，评分为9.5分，接近控制组美式甜面包，并且发现添加果渣制作面包可以减缓面包於储藏期间硬度、胶性度、咀嚼度上升之程度。

A competitive ELISA kit for detect ENR was developed with ENR mAb and its traits were tested.Two hybridoma lines were filtered and the best one was 4G1-B3,which secreted ENR mAb with indirect ELISA titers of 1∶1.024×10~6 in ascites.Isotype of the two mAb was IgG_1.ENR mAb had a high affinity constant with 9×10~(10)L/mol.The ENR-Kit had the linear detection range of 0.05～101.6μg/L,the sensitivity of 0.05 μg/L and a good sensitivity with an IC_(50) of 1.1μg/L to ENR,cross-reactivity to other compounds less than 0.01%.The average recoveres of ENR spiked in chicken,liver,fish and milk were 81.5%,87.6%,84.3% and 95% respectively.The coefficient variation was below 10%.

研究结果表明：当船底板前横挡板角度为30度、底板截面形状为波浪形、底板截面深度为30mm时，直播机在行走时行走阻力最小，壅土最少，转弯时转弯阻力最小；当发动机38r／s时，发动机对排种盘的振动影响最大，加刚度为100N／mm的减振弹簧或厚度为35mm的橡胶后，排种盘的振动量会大大降低，减振后的振动对排种无重大影响；仿真结果还显示，排种器力学模型、直播机行走、转弯性能和排种性能合理。

It shows that to establish a mathematical model of the annual mean runoff system of Huayuankou at least requires 6 independent variables and the required saturation inserted dimension for rebuilding phase space is 14; c the steady estimate of Kolmogorov entropy is 0.14, showing the average predictable time of the annual mean runoff variation of Huayuankou is about 7 years and; d using nonlinear deterministic chaos model is more suitable to describe the variation of annual mean runoff of Huayuankou.
