By comparison between SMM HXRBS observation and ground observation of Hα and CaIIK lines, especially through the combined study between SMM HXRBS observation and chromospheric flare models, the results show that: in the initial stage of impulsive phase, there is a correlative relation betweem Hα line intensity and hard X-ray emission; different spike in hard X-ray flux curve represents the burst at different location; the energy taken by non-thermal electron beam is larger than the radiative loss in chromosphere; for the flare studied here, the chromospheric evapporation is explosive; if the chromosphere is in balance between electron beam bombardment and radiative loss, the column mass density at the top of chromospheric flare model can not be taken as measure from the source of electrons and then the total material between the source of electrons and the top of chromosphere can be estimated.

通过一个具体耀斑的SMM HXRBS观测结果与同时基于地面得到的Hα和CaⅡK可见光谱观测结果对比，特别是将硬x谱观测结果与色球半经验模型联立研究，结果显示出：在脉冲相上升段，硬x发射与Hα辐射之间存在对应关系；硬x线光变曲线中不同脉冲爆发分量不太可能起源于同一位置；硬x辐射所反映的高能非热电子总携带能量大于色球总辐射损失；对所研究的耀斑而言，其色球蒸发过程是爆发性的；在详细比较了非热电子色球总沉积和色球辐射损失的基础上，指出半经验模型中色球顶部柱数密度不能看成是从非热电子源度量的，从而估计了色球顶部到非热电子源之间的总物质。

Six weeks after drug intervention,we found,in ADM+Res group,the mean tumor volume of MCF-7/ADM cells implanted tumor was 1.203±0.338 cm~3 with statistical significance to compare with other groups(P＜0.05),decreased about 50.58%compared with the mean tumor volume of ADM alone group1.979±0.307 cm~3the result of the mean tumor weigh was alike to the mean tumor volume; compared with the control,Res could relieve weigh loss(P＜0.05,and the toxicity of treatment was not obvious;Microscopic examination showed that there was massive area of cytoclasis and apoptosis in the tumor tissue of the combination group comparing with other groups.

实验结果提示用药6W后，ADM+Res组移植瘤体积(1.203±0.338)cm~3明显小于其余各组，抑瘤率为50.58%，与单用ADM组(1.979±0.307)cm~3相比有差异P＜0.05肿瘤重量的结果与瘤体结果类似；未观察到用药后的毒副作用；经不同处理后，单独注射Res组小鼠体重较生理盐水组及ADM组有所增加(P＜0.05，而ADM+Res组治疗前后体重无差异P＞0.05HE结果显示与其他组相比，ADM+Res组肿瘤组织中出现大片坏死区域。

The results manifest that the concentration of glycocholic acid has satisfactory linear correlation whith peak area, regression equation: Y= 39579X + 57823,R2=0.9984;The lowest detected concentration is 0.02μg/mL with S/N=3 ; Average recovery rate is 98.49%; RSD为0.52%～2.00%in day, RSD为0.74%～4.98%between days;The average recovery rate is 99.35%, RSD is 2.24% in the first team, and it is 100.87%, RSD is 4.73% in the second team at the stability test. When the concentration of glycocholic acid was detected in the liver, kidney and brain tissue, corresponding tissue concentration was calculated by preparing the standard curve with the glycocholic acid standard preparation in vitro, but the result can only reflect the relative chang law of the concentration of glycocholic acid in tissue but not in real tissue. The result of tissue stability experiment is consistent with that of the serum experiment.

结果表明，在0.15625～10.0μg/ml范围内血清中甘氨胆酸浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，回归方程Y= 39579X + 57823，R2=0.9984；以信噪比S/N=3为标准，最低检测浓度为0.02μg/ml；平均回收率为98.49%；日内RSD为0.52%～2.00%，日间RSD为0.74%～4.98%；稳定性试验第一组的平均含量为99.35%，RSD为2.24%，第二组的平均含量为100.87%，RSD为4.73%；测定了肝、肾、脑组织中甘氨胆酸含量，采用体外甘氨胆酸标准品制备标准曲线的方法计算了相应的组织浓度，其结果仅反映组织中甘氨胆酸浓度的相对变化规律，不能体现真正的组织浓度值，但对组织样品的稳定性进行了较细致的考察，其结果和血样结果基本一致。

Light microscope and transmission electron microscopy showed that SMMC-7721 cells induced by SAHA had undergone the restorational alteration in morphology and ultrastructure, which were different from those of nontreated cells but were similar to those of normal cells, and the changes were as follows: the cells turned to be flat and spread; the nucleo-cytoplasmic ratio lessened and nuclear shape became rather regular; the number of nucleolus reduced and its volume lessened; euchromatin increased while heterochromatin decreased in nucleus; in the cytoplasm, mitochondria grew in number with relatively consistent structure and well-developed mitochondria cristae; Golgi complex turned to be well-developed and typical; rough endoplasmic reticulum increased. Immunocytochemistry assay showed that the expression of AFP and PCNA were declined significantly. FCM analysis showed SAHA could arrest SMMC-7721 cells in G0/G1 phase, with an accumulation of the cells in G0/G1 phase while a decrease of cells in S phase. Semi-quantitative RT-PCR detection revealed that the expression of p21WAFl mRNA was upregulated remarkably in the cells treated with SAHA.

结果：倒置显微镜和透射电镜观察显示，经SAHA处理的细胞增殖速度显著减慢，细胞体积增大，细胞核较小，形状较为规则，核仁数量减少、体积变小，核内常染色质增多而异染色质减少，核质比例减小，细胞质内线粒体数量增多、线粒体嵴发达，高尔基体较为典型，粗糙型内质网增多，呈现出与正常上皮细胞相似的形态变化；MTT比色法测定结果显示不同浓度(2.5、5.0、7.5、10.0uM)SAHA对SMMC-7721细胞的增殖均有抑制作用，并有明显的剂量依赖和时间依赖关系；免疫细胞化学检测显示SAHA能显著降低PCNA和AFP在SMMC-7721细胞中的表达；流式细胞仪检测结果显示，SMMC-7721细胞经SAHA处理后，G0/G1期细胞明显增加，S期细胞则明显减少，细胞被阻滞于G0/G1期；RT-PCR检测结果表明，SAHA作用12h后SMMC-7721细胞中p21WAF1 mRNA的表达即有增加，24h后更为明显。

But in practical operating, overvoltage caused by reignition of the vacuum switching device frequently appears, and it result in damage of the capacitor bank or the switchgear itself. Ensuring the switchgear against reignition and installing a protective device are two main approaches to avoid the phenomenon. In this paper, a study on overvoltage caused by reignition due to capacitor bank switching with the vacuum switching device and its preventive measures are carried out. The main work which has been done and researches are as follows: 1. The producing mechanism of overvoltage and its influence factor are analyzed. It is pointed out that single-phase reignition is the main reason for damage of the switchgear and two-phase reignition is the main reason for damage of the capacitor bank,so overvoltage of single-phase reignition and two-phase reignition are the emphases of prevention. 2. Analysis of the special working condition of the operating switch for capacitor bank is carried out. It indicates that the vacuum switching device is difficult to realize no-reignition under this operation condition, so it is more practical to adopt protection devices. 3. Analyses of protection effect of RC and MOA and their shortages are carried out. It shows that the two methods can only restrain effectively overvoltage caused by single-phase reignition, and they cannot protect the capacitor bank when reignition of two-phase occurs. 4. The operation principle of G-R damping device is analyzed and discussed emphatically.

本文针对真空开关投切电容器组时因重燃而产生的过电压及其防治措施进行了研究，所开展的主要工作和研究结果如下： 1、对过电压的产生机理及其影响因素进行了分析，指出单相重燃是导致开关设备损坏的主要原因，而两相重燃则是导致电容器组损坏的主要原因，因此单相重燃和两相重燃过电压是防护的重点； 2、对电容器组操作开关的特殊运行条件进行了分析，指出在这种运行条件真空开关难于实现不重燃，因此采用保护装置更具有现实意义； 3、对RC与MOA的保护效果和存在的不足进行了分析，指出这两种方法均只能有效抑制单相重燃过电压，而不能在发生两相重燃时保护电容器组； 4、重点对G-R阻尼装置的工作原理进行了分析和讨论，指出该装置接入后线路中将会出现两种频率的高频振荡，而电容器组上的过电压是由这两种振荡共同决定的； 5、根据对上述两种振荡的分析指出存在一个最佳电阻值使得过电压最低，并提出了电容器组电压和最佳电阻值的近似求解方法； 6、使用电气暂态分析软件MATLAB对G-R装置的保护效果进行了仿真计算，证实该装置确实可以有效抑制重燃时的电容器组过电压； 7、根据仿真与近似计算结果的偏差提出了近似计算的修正方法，经过修正后的过电压计算结果与仿真结果吻合较好； 8、对G-R装置中放电装置G与阻尼电阻R的要求进行了分析，指出采用编织电阻和真空间隙可能是最佳选择。
