In order to realize the optimization of product combination effectively, it is important to correctly distinguish dominant product, forerunning product and line of dominant products. In this dissertation, we build a model to cognize the dominant product, forerunning product and line of dominant products on the base of statistic theory.

本文运用统计理论建立了企业主导产品、先导产品及产品链群的认定模型，帮助企业有效控制和优化产品结构；以产品所含特征要素与企业特征要素的相似性分析及逼近理想解的排序法为基础，采取定性分析与定量分析相结合的方式，建立了多属性产品组合决策模型。

Four important conclusions were drawn. First, the CMLE method is the most suitable pro-cedure for parameter estimation in 1-parameter model. Second, the test construction of TIPS guided by classical test theory will not be valid for obtaining reliable measures. Third, the systemmatic ICC presenting method presented the perfect item and ability latent traits for the results in CMLE findings. Fourth, the complicated analysis of reliability coefficient and likeli-hood parameters met the precise and accurate measures of latent traits in either integrated process skills or hypothesizing skills.

本研究四项主要结论如下：一是CMLE确为分析试题潜在结构的量化模式，本文之精心分析过程及分析技术本身即为重要的测验资料分析规范；二是TIPS全卷及试题与原始之评量目标对应关系并未如古典测验理论之分析结果；三是各试题之表徵曲线图示法，显示在同一难易度鉴别度下，CMLE估计法分析确实显现高、中、低能力群之试题及能力特质；四是由信度系数及概度参数分析精准地显示了全卷及形成假说技能之试题参数之潜在特质。

The main works and contributions of this dissertation include:(1) The current developments of NoC in both academia and industry are thoroughly investigated with the formal descriptions of NoC interconnection emphasis. Furthermore, Steiner tree problem and its algorithms in graph theory and VLSI placement and routing are analyzed. These algorithms include Lee's mazing algorithm, line search algorithm, ACO algorithm and construction-by-correction algorithm. They are implemented by programming them in C++ for performance comparison purpose.

本文的主要工作与成果包括：（1）调研了NoC结构在学术界及业界的研究发展状况，归纳了NoC互连算法的抽象描述形式；深入分析了Steiner树问题和已有的图论及VLSI布局布线中的RSMT算法，包括迷宫算法、线搜索算法、蚁群优化算法、模拟退火算法和构造-修正算法等，并编程实现了这些算法，分析了它们的优点与不足。

Applied ethics is not a real subject. It does not have a complete theory and system but rather a loose cluster of applied problems lack of rigorous logic structure. It is only convenient for the explanations, clarification and presentation of some practical problems and probe to occupational regulations. It uses part of the theory and methodology from ethics and only a study concept of opportunisism and education. It offers relativism repair for sermonized or secular ethics promulgation. It also uses the postmodern methods of intuitionism or circumstancesm, transplants and produce a series of post-classic principles which are self evident. Applied ethics is born as a simple and brutal measurement tools with the background of fussy and blundering academic situation.

应用伦理学还不是一门真正的学科，它没有一个完整的理论与体系，它只是一个松散、缺乏严密逻辑结构的&应用问题群&，只是便于对实践问题的解释、阐明、陈述和对职业规范的探究，运用伦理学的部分理论与研究方法，与社会和人类对话；它只是一种机会主义的研究概念、教育概念和体制化传达语式，并为说教或俗世伦理学的传播而进行的相对主义修补，其运用直觉主义或境遇主义的后现代手段，移植或制造一系列&不证自明的&后经典原则，实用主义地、分裂地、常常孤立地对具体问题予以说明。
