The third chapter contains my research work, which mainly focuses on Planar Photonic Bandgap. The idea of how to miniaturize Planar Photonic Bandgap by using spiral structures is proposed. Finally, by using ununiform method, the bandwidth, which is decreased due to miniaturization, are enlarged obviously.

首先介绍了平面光子晶体在微带线结构中的几种应用；然后阐述了我们在平面光子晶体小型化设计中所做的一些工作，包括仿真方案的选择，设计方案的制定与比较，以及与传统结构的比较；最后介绍了采用渐变周期结构对小型化所带来的带宽减少问题所做的改善工作。

The infection of the reaction rate of the virous monomers was reviewed respectively by the different THF dosage, TMEDA dosage, t-BuOK dosage, t-AmOK dosage and different temperature. The monomers apparent reaction rate constant was obtained.And the polymer composition at different conversion was reviewed, too.The effect of modifier and temperature on heat effect was also studied. In addition, the sequence structure and microstructure of the terpolymer was reviewed at different modifier dosage, and the structure was characterized by the ~1H—NMR.

分别考察了不同THF、TMEDA、t-BuOK、t-AmOK加入量以及聚合温度对各单体及总的反应速率的影响规律，得到了各单体及总的表观反应速率常数，求得了不同转化率下各单体在共聚物中的分布情况，同时考察了调节剂加入量对聚合温升热效应的影响规律；研究了在三种聚合体系下，通过~1H—NMR对共聚物的结构进行了表征，分别考察了不同调节剂加入量对共聚物的序列结构及微观结构的影响规律。

The results show that the perfect Honeycomb pattern films without defects within area of 0.8cm^2 can be obtained at the PS concentration ranges from 20 mg/mL to 50 mg/mL and PS/TEOS mass ratio less than 2. The films cast from the chloroform solution of dicarboxyl terminated PS were more perfect than those cast from the chloroform solution of monocarboxyl terminated PS. The perfect Honeycomb structure films could be obtained with both chloroform and benzene as solvents, but the pore diameter of films cast from benzene solution of PS was larger than that of films cast from chloroform solution of PS.

研究结果表明，聚合物浓度在20~50mg/mL，PS/TEOS质量比大于2：1的条件下可以制备结构完整的多孔膜，且制备的Honeycomb结构在0.8平方公分内无缺陷；采用双羧基封端的聚苯乙烯成膜效果好于单羧基封端的成膜效果；以氯仿和苯作为溶剂均可以制备完全Honeycomb结构的复合膜，但以苯为溶剂制备的多孔膜孔径较大。

The relation between the movement parameters in the flow field of jig could be obtained by the Navier-stockes equation of fluid dynamics. The fluid in different jig structure dimension and shape could be calculated and diagrammed by use of calculate fluid mechanics and potential motion theory. The flow field and streamline of jig at different case are expressed vividly, which could provide rational basis for selecting and designing jig structure.
