The system can execute polymer coextrusion die designing and modeling according to the product\'s information, give the three-dimension assembly structure and engineering drawing.

Since the installation of fire safety is not a part of a building structure and the seismic building design code does not include fire water pipings, the design of them in Taiwan does usually not consider the seismic effect. This study first collected and summarized the relevant seismic design codes and fire control standards from U.S., Japan, China and Taiwan to understand the internationally adopted methods for seismic from designs of fire water pipings. This study also gathered engineering cases and photographs of the installation of the shock resistance hangers of fire water pipings in high technology factory buildings. Then, this study presented a proposal for seismic design principles. we hope this can attract attentions from government authorities and the fire safety business sector and to rise concerns of the seismic design of fire safety installation; and therefore set up a clear and practical criterion for the engineers and finally reduce the damage of post earthquake fires.

由於消防安全设备向来都是归属於非结构物，国内一般在进行结构设计时并未将消防管路纳入耐震设计的范畴内，本研究系针对建筑物内消防管路的耐震设计为议题，搜集并整理出美国、日本、大陆及国内等相关建筑和消防规范的执行现况，以了解目前国际上在消防管路方面所采取的耐震设计手法，本研究也同时汇整了目前国内重大科技厂房新建工程在消防撒水管路耐震吊架上，所采用的设计案例和实际装置后照片，祈能藉由此案例唤起国内相关主管单位和消防业界对建筑物内消防安全设备耐震力设计的关注，共同研议订定出明确、实用且可供大家遵循的消防安全设备耐震设计准则，以减低国内在地震后火灾所造成的危害。

For the Three Gorges Project, the section of penstocks with soft cushion layer is adopted as the replacement of expansion joints. The detailed analysis is proposed on stress-strain characteristic of the section of penstocks under the main loads and thermal loads.

水工金属结构行业是水利水电行业内相对独立的一个产业，主要从事水利水电工程所需的各类闸门、拦污栅、压力钢管、船闸、启闭机等大型金属结构产品的设计、制造、安装、调试业务。

Then the algorithm was used to get the seven parameters of viscosity model of W-Ni-Fe heavy alloy and 316L stainless steel feedstock, which provide the necessary material data for quality forecast of mold core part made of stainless steel and heavy alloy tungsten ball, and for optimal design of mold and process parameters, which establishes the foundation of material database of MIM. In the research of visual simulation software development, in order to build the software system model and flow analysis algorithm based on Cross-WLF viscosity model, and realize functions such as pre-processor, solver, parameter regress, data management, graph operations, some advanced software methods as OOSE (Object Oriented Software Engineering) and UML were applied to set up user model, static model and dynamic model of MIM simulation software. These models describe system function, event flow, structure and relation of classes, object interaction, structure of database and I/O file format.

在MIM可视化仿真软件开发方面，为了建立软件系统模型及基于Cross-WLF粘度模型的流动分析算法，实现软件的前处理、求解器、参数拟合、数据管理和图形操作等功能，将面向对象软件工程与统一建模语言技术首次引入到MIM仿真软件的设计开发中，建立了软件的用户模型、静态模型和动态模型，描述了系统的功能需求、事件流程、类的结构与关系、对象之间的通信、数据库结构和输入输出文件格式等，用Visual C++与Delphi开发工具编码实现了2维MIM充模流动过程仿真软件，方便了对薄壁零件的质量预测以及模具和工艺参数的优化设计。
