The glass and crystalline glass-solders of Li2O-ZnO-SiO2 system were prepared by conventional melt technology. The various factors effecting on glass ceramics and glass were investigated,which include glass chemical composition and heat-treatment and so on. And then by means of XRD, DTA, IR and SEM, the structure and properties of the glass and glass-ceramic were studied. The coefficient of linear expansion , transform temperature and soft temperature wer measured. And then the factors that effect the mechanical strength of glass-ceramic were discussed and the fluxion property was determined and the crystallization course and mechanism were discussed, which can provide certain therial reference value for practice producing and glass seals to glass, ceramics and metal.

In order to obtain better characteristics of photonic crystal lasers, the wafer bonding technology is introduced to integrate MQWs wafer with different uncompatible wafers. We utilize the direct bonding method and glue bonding method to integrate the 1550nm long-wavelength MQWs with DBR wafer or sapphire. The effect factors of bonding process and choice of bonding materials are discussed. At last, we measure the photoluminescence spectra of our membrane devices and bonding samples.

The possibility for preparing nanocrystalline materials by jet-electrodeposition technique is also analyzed. Corresponding the research in the article, a set of unsubmerged single circular jets equipment was designed. In chapter 2, jet-electrodeposition was carried out both under direct current condition and pulse current condition. A series of samples for nanocrystalline nickel coating were prepared under different deposition parameters.
