First this paper introduces the method by linear array CCD based on structure and light path; Second it expatiates linear array CCD work principle and driving scheduling with example of TCD1501C and the driving circuit by CPLD. The output signal of linear array CCD includes common disturbance so the differential amplifier is needed. In order to make the signal adapt to computer processing, a threshold circuit with Schmitt characteristic and the data process following threshold are given. At last, some key problems in application are given.

In the work, three P-Mo-V heteropoly acids with different Vanadium number have been synthesized by acidification- etherization. Their component and structure have been confirmed by ICP-AES and TGA. They have been characterized by FT IR, XRD and UV. FT IR demonstrates their Keggin structure.

The findings indicate that under uniaxial compression, the red sandstones at first experience structural intensification and then structural degradation until they are failed; the unconfined compressive strength of red sandstone is mainly related with compaction rate, pore distribution and connecting condition of mineral grains; and the above factors have a more notable impact on the unconfined compressive strength of red sandstone with the increase of weathering; with the increase of load, the grains area ratio and Euler number decrease, the pore develops towards centralization or collectivization, and the red sandstones gradually lose their resistance to deformation.

Guided by the theories of exocentric-endocentric construction and decategorization of nouns, the main purpose of this article is to study the phrases which are composed by nouns or centered by noun or nouns but not belonged to the category of endocentric constructions in modern Chinese. These noun-centered exocentric constructions have almost lost all of the categorial characteristics of nouns and played the roles of predicate or adverbial modifier or complement in Chinese clauses.

The paper presents how to use the technique of OLE and ARX of AutoCAD to build the geometrical model, the finite element model of the given structure visually and use the template and wizard to build the optimization model of it. During the iterative process of the optimization, the method of tracing visualization and interactive control is also provided. Some examples are given to show the appliance of visualization aided structural optimization. Finally, the work of systematic integration is carried out.

Using of optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, hardness and tensile testing, the effect of thermal exposure at high temperatures on the microstructures and of high-temperature tensile properties of rapidly solidified AlCrYZr have been studied. The results show that there are two main phases,Al20Cr2Y(cubic, a=1.437 nm) and DO23Al3Zr(terganal, a=0.4 013 nm , c= 1.732 nm), in the as-solidified alloy. The Al20Cr2Y phase can maintain its cubic structure at 500℃, but the particles coarsen remarkably and even become lumpish. In coarse lumpish Al20Cr2Y phase the plane faults and twin structures exist.
摘 要:采用金相、 X射线衍射、透射电镜、硬度测定和拉伸试验研究了高温热暴露对快速凝固AlCrYZr合金显微组织影响和高温下力学性能的热稳定性,结果表明,快速凝固AlCrYZr合金主要第二相为Al20Cr2Y(立方,a=1.437nm)和DO23Al3Zr(正方,a=0.401 3nm, c=1.732nm),Al20Cr2Y在500℃热暴露尚能保持其立方结构,但质点明显粗化,甚至块状化,在粗大的Al20Cr2Y相中存在有层错和孪晶结构。
