Chiral separation of D -, L -phenylglycine by RP-HPLC was accomplished by adding a complex of optically active L -Phe-Cu2+ to the mobile phase. Chiral separation mechanism was further elucidated in light of unambiguously assigning the structure of the elutents from RP-HPLC by taking advantage of tandem mass spectrometry due to its unique capability of structural identification of the unknows.

Based on the precise measurement of the surface topography of an artificial granite joint by employing a 3-D photogram metric instrument,a series of rock joints with different sizes were extracted from the artificial granite joint and the value of their fractal description parameters was calculated for the purpose of research on the scale effect on 3-D surface topography of the rock joint.

In the current study, a series of cationic α-helical peptides of 20 a.a. were designed and synthesized based on four structural parameters, including charge, polar angle, hydrophobicity, and hydrophobic moment. Several methods were performed to describe the influence of these parameters on the antimicrobial and hemolytic activity, and on the permeabilizing effect on model membranes. The potential of these parameters to increase the antibacterial activity and to improve the prokaryotic selectivity is assessed.

本实验利用自行设计合成的人工抗菌胜肽当模型，固定长度为 20 个胺基酸，改变其电荷、极性角度、疏水性及疏水性矩等四种结构特性，并利用其对各种不同病原菌之抗菌活性及对兔子红血球细胞的溶血活性来研究其结构特性的改变对其抗菌活性、选择性及微脂体膜的渗透性之影响，以期望改变结构参数能增加抗菌活性及对原核的选择性。

In this paper, we calculate the energy band structure of the phononic crystal by making use of the method of plane wave expansion and investigate the influence of crystal structure, the properties of elastic units and the filling and shape of scatterer on the band gaps in an attempt to provide theoretical guidance to the preparation of phononic crystals.

本文利用平面波展开法计算声子晶体的能带结构，研究声子晶体的结构，组元的性质及散射体的填充率、形状对能带结构的影响，力图为制备性能良好的声子晶体提供理论指导。

Results: MR demonstrated capsule wall and papillary solid lesions in one case with cystic and solid lesions of hepatobiliary cystadenoma. Poly cystic form tan if different sine in sew case, capsule wall and septation was thick, part of capsule wall was obviously thickened and nodes form, intrahepatic bile duct was dilated, large poly-antrum cystic keen form structure in one case, capsule wall and septation were smooth, part of capsule wall was uniformly thicken, capsule wall, septation, mural nodus form and solid lesions in three cases wee all slightly hyperintense on T2WI and slightly hypointense on T1WI. Part of cyst fluid was hypointense on T2WI the diameter if tumor ranged from 3.4cm to 13.5cm. Part of capsule wall, septation, solid lesions and mural nodus west obviously enhanced in arterial phase in three cases, the extent of enhancement showed a little degrade in port vein phase, balance phase and delay phase, but dense to liver parenchyma at synchronization.

结果：3例肝内胆管囊腺瘤中1例呈囊实性结构，可见囊壁及乳头状实性肿块；1例为多个大小不等的多房囊状结构，囊壁及分隔光滑，囊壁局部明显增厚，有壁结节，周围见轻度的肝内胆管扩张；1例为巨大的多房囊状结构，囊壁及分隔光滑，局部均匀增厚；3例中的囊壁、分隔、壁结节及实性部分均呈T2WI稍高信号、T1WI稍低信号，囊内液性部分均呈T2WI高信号、T1WI低信号；肿瘤瘤体大小径线范围3.4~13.5cm.3例肝内胆管囊腺瘤中囊壁、分隔、实性肿块和壁结节动脉期均明显强化，门脉期、平衡期及延迟期强化程度略减低，强化程度均高于同期肝实质。

Result: in three categories and ten examples of congenital malformation fetus, the morphological and histological structures of colon in syndactyly and sxtrodactyly fetus have no obvious abnormity; the colon's structure shows abnormity in omphalo-thoracopagus twins; the colon's structure was insufficient development in anencephaly fetus.

结果：三类10例先天性畸形胎儿中，并缺指畸形胎儿结肠的形态学及组织学结构无明显异常；胸腹联体胎儿结肠结构异常；无脑儿结肠组织结构发育不全。

The Agent and the MAS architecture were mentioned as the core of M-GIS〓. The standards, criterions and protocols were discussed as the indemnification of M-GIS〓. The third part discussed the Agent, MAS architectures, Agent-Oriented Software Engineering and how to use these theories in M-GIS〓. Based on the clearly cognition of the Agent, MAS and AOSE, the universal Spatial-Info Agent architecture was proposed. This part put the emphasis on applying of the theories about Agent, MAS and AOSE and solving the organization problems of M-GIS〓.

本文在总结、梳理Agent、MAS以及AOSE理论的基础上，提出对Agent的认识观点与看法及如何应用Agent模型，在此基础上创造性地提出了空间信息智能体结构，并基于混合式MAS体系结构，提出来构建基于MAS体系的移动GIS集成服务框架结构，力图将Agent理论、MAS体系与AOSE的方法引入移动GIS集成服务中来，在针对复杂系统建设的GIS软件工程理论与方法上寻求创新。

In the three beetles, 5-HT immunoreactivity was present in all neuropils of the brain and the suboesophageal ganglion. The pattern of 5-HT immunoreactivity and the localization of immunoreactive somata which often clustered into groups were similar among these beetles, while the immunoreactivity intensity was distinct, especially in the lamina.

结果显示，分类地位相近的三种甲虫脑结构大小相差悬殊：小青花金龟脑结构相对发达，蕈形体结构显著，具有发达的冠和叶，嗅叶发达；马铃薯瓢虫和榆紫叶甲的冠极度退化，嗅叶相对不发达；但榆紫叶甲具有十分发达的网膜后纤维和围咽神经。5-HT阳性纤维在三种甲虫的所有神经纤维网中几乎都有分布，且反应模式相似，但各神经纤维网特别是神经节层染色强度差异显著。5-HT阳性胞体有成群分布现象，且在三种甲虫脑中的空间分布位置基本一致。
