In the past, there exists difficulty for calculating nearly singular integrals arising from boundary element analysis of the problems of thin body. However, by now, the difficulty of nearly singular integrals has been resolved by analytical integral algorithm, which has been put into uses in analyzing the conventional structures and thin body structures in the potential problems.

Then the failure mode and the coefficient of stability of the displaceable blocks were studied respectively.

Herbacium were isobilateral leaves, and those of G. hirsutum and C. barbadense were dorsiventral leaves. The reciprocal F〓 of cross G. arboreum×G. herbacium were also isobilateral leaves, while reciprocal F〓 cross of G. hirsutum×G. barbadense were also dorsiventral leaves. The quadrispecific hybrids F〓 were isobilateral leaves, regardless of their cytoplasms. Four dinuclear complexes bridged by trans-dmaeoxd2-: [Cu_2_2](ClO_4)_2 (2), [Cu_2_2](ClO_4)_2 (3),、[Cu_2(Me_2phen)_2](ClO_4)_2 (4), [Cu_2_2(H_2O)_2] (5); Four dinuclear complexes bridged by cis-dmaeoxd2-: [NiNi_2](ClO_4)_2 (6), [CuNi_2](ClO_4)_2·2CH_3OH (7), [CuZn_2]-(ClO_4)_2·2H_2O (8), [Cu(H_2O)Ni_2](ClO_4)_2.0.5CH_3OH (9); three 1-D polynuclear complexes: [Cu_2]_n·nH_2O (10), [Cu_2(H_2O)_2-]_n·4nH_2O (11), [Cu_2(H_2O)]_n(NO_3)_n·2nH_2O (12); one 2-D polynuclear complex,[Cu_6_3(μ_3-OH)_2(H_2O)_2]_n(ClO_4)_(4n).2nH_2O (13); the others: [VO(H_2O)]·2H_2O (14), [Zn_2_4](ClO_4)_2·H_2O (15), [Cu_2]·2DCM (16) have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectra.

In this research, two novel compounds in which alkylenedithiomethylene Malonic acid act as the main coordination agents and the compounds containing N atom (such as pyridine, Phenanthroline Ethanediamine and 4,4'-Bipyridinyl) act as the associating coordination agents have been synthesized by the means of solution and solid-liquid diffusing reactions. 9 coordination complexes and polymers have been designed and synthesized in which the transition metals Cu and Zn acted as the centre ions. These compounds have been characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis, and some properties of them have been tested and analyzed.

The β-CA of B.napus was located in chloroplast stroma and had the conservative motif Cys-X(subscript n-His-X2-Cys peculiar to β type carbonic anhydrases. In the secondary structure,α-helix, random coil,β-sheet, and β-turn were 39.88%, 39.27%, 16.31%, and 4.53%, respectively. The three-dimensional structure was constructed by homology modeling. The 3-D alignment of β-CA from B.napus and a monomer of β-CA octamer from pea showed that the 3-D structure of β-CA from B.napus could match well with the monomer. The alignment results Implied that β-CA from B.napus was a monomer of the β-CA octamer from B.napus.

预测结果显示，甘蓝型油菜β破酸酐酶是定位于叶绿体基质的蛋白质，具有β类碳酸酐酶所特有的保守性基序Cys-χ-His-χ2-Cys；SOPMA预测二级结构显示α螺旋(39.88%)、随机卷曲(39.27%)、β折叠(16.31%)和β转角(4.53%)；用同源建模法构建了三维结构图；通过VAST矢量比对工具将甘蓝型油菜β碳酸酐酶与模板进行三维结构比对，显示甘蓝型油菜β碳酸酐酶与碗豆β碳酸酐酶同型八聚体中的一个单体很好的匹配，推测甘蓝型油菜β碳酸酐酶全酶也是同型八聚体。
