The platforms are under the action of complex ocean environment including wind, wave, current and ice, which lead to structural static and dynamic responses intricate. A significant matter is to develop effective methods for structural response analysis, sensitivity analysis of responses with respect to shape and size design variables, and modeling and solving the problems of design optimization.

The numbers of clusters made up of 1421 bonded pairs corresponding to the fcc-like structure occupy predominate position and the small numbers of clusters made up of 1422 and 1551 bonded pairs coexist in the crystal system during the 4×10〓K/s cooling process, thus the system can form the regular fcc-like structure.

Structural Health Monitoring has emerged as an important research area incivil engineering. Damage detection technique based on changes of structuraldynamic properties is the core of structural health monitoring. However, most ofthe existent methods of damage detection and location depend on the originalmessage with the damaged message to identify the damage position.

The open architecture intelligent control system for the machining processes is developed and realized by using the key techniques such as plug in module , signal processing network and script command file , etc., on the PC/DSP based open architecture platform. Using VMD software, we performed both structure and sequence analysis based on STAMP (Structural Alignment of Multiple Proteins) among lysozymes of four species: human, chicken, dog and mouse.
