In this thesis, we introduce three indexes that are used to evaluate the main business firstly. Theyre profit of main business, cashflow of main business and integrated index of main business. Then, we construct a series of regression models of assets structure with profit of main business and cashflow of main business, which signalize the current assets and the fixed assets help them; the long-term investments hinder them; the other assets help or hinder them uncertainly, and even have nothing to do with them sometimes. Finally, we construct the regression models of assets structure with integrated index of main business, and put forward a method to optimize the assets structure.

本文首先将主营业务指标分为主营业务利润、主营业务现金流量与主营业务综合指标；然后，通过构建资产结构与主营业务利润、资产结构与主营业务现金流量回归模型，发现流动资产、固定资产对主营业务利润和主营业务现金流量为正影响，长期投资对主营业务利润和主营业务现金流量为负影响，其他资产对主营业务利润和主营业务现金流量影响时有时无，时正时负；最后，在此研究基础上，构建资产结构与主营业务综合业绩指标回归模型，并提出优化资产结构的方法。

It was found that the silk fibroin obtaineddirectly from anterior and middle regions of middle division of silk gland is in orderedstate, assumed to be in nematic form, but not observed in posterior region, in whichliquid silk fibroin is in coiled coil and some α-helix forms. In the middle region of middle division there is a relatively regular arrangement for the α-helix, and there is arelatively regular arrangement for β-strand and loosed α-helix in anterior region.

在熟蚕丝腺体的中部前、中段的丝心蛋白处于类向列型液晶的有序态，而中部后段中则观察不到此有序态，而是呈无规线团和一些α-螺旋结构，而且中部前中段的结构也有区别，中部中段的有序态为α-螺旋结构的相对规则聚集，而中部前段的则为β-伸展链和松散α-螺旋结构的相对规则聚集。

We also got STM images of denatured fibroin under stress or by methanolin molecular level. We found the conformation of silk fibroin is changed from α-helixand random coil structures to β-strand and loosed α-helix formation. We employed the STM to explore the structure and morphology of silk fibroinin the middle silk gland of mature silkworm.

我们在分子水平上对在冰冻和甲醇处理下的丝心蛋白的变性情况进行了STM研究，我们发现丝心蛋白的构象由α-螺旋结构和无规线团的结构向β-伸展链和松散折叠α-螺旋结构转变我们还用STM对熟蚕的中部丝腺体中的丝心蛋白的结构形态进行了研究。

电算部分主要包括以下，首先用PMCAD软件进行结构平面布置，荷载输入，选取设计参数，形成PK文件，然后使用PK进行框架计算，最后用TAT—8进行框架结构的空间结构分析，得出构件内力图和配筋简图、结构周期、结构位移、地震荷载信息等。

本文阐述了基于知识复用的可复用设计技术与可复用工艺设计技术的理论、体系结构与主要研究内容，研究了可复用工艺设计中的若干关键技术的可行性、实用性，采用了三表知识表示来描述工艺知识及利用"分划"的方法对灰色知识进行知识获取；工艺数据库系统是计算机辅助工艺设计系统的重要支撑系统，从某种程度将，工艺设计的实质就是对工艺数据库中工艺数据的访问、调用、处理和生成新的数据的过程，本文阐述了数据库系统设计技术，在详细分析工艺数据的特点、分类以及工艺数据库的数据库组成的基础上，通过对工艺数据库概念结构、逻辑结构、物理结构等几个方面的详细的分析与设计，建立了系统工艺数据库； Web数据库将数据库技术和Web技术很好的融合在一起，其应用研究日益广泛。
