This thesis studies the volcanic tectono-petrofacies, petrology, mineralogy, geochemistry, isotopic chronology, stratum and high-precision SHRIMP zircon U-Pb datings of the Mt.Yandangshan volcano-intrusive complex, and concludes that: Yandangshan volcanic rock units belong to high-K calc-alkaline acid rock associations, mainly ryholitic and trachytic dacitic in composition. They have A/CNK values of 0.9-1.2 (i.e., aluminium saturation and supersaturation), enriched LREE and LILEs and depleted HFSE. Their 8Eu values are 0.11-0.32, indicating a evident fractional evolution of plagioclase crystallization. Their ∑REE varied very limitedly,(87~Sr/(86)Sri ratios and eNd values are 0.7086～0.7095 and -10.20～-9.96 for volcanic rocks, and 0.7087~0.7095 and -7.6～6.92 for the central intrusive facies syenite, which means that all the igneous rocks from Mt. Yandangshan are evolutional products of magmas with the same source, and that they derived mainly from crust, but mixed with mantle components.

本文从火山构造岩相学、岩石学、矿物学、地球化学、同位素年代学、地层学等方面出发，同时结合高精度SHRIMP锆石U-Pb定年，对雁荡山火山岩进行了系统的研究，确定雁荡山火山岩为一套以流纹质和粗面英安质为主体的高钾钙碱性酸性岩石组合，A/CNK值集中在0.9～1.2之间，为铝饱和或铝过饱和类型；富轻稀土元素和大阳离子亲石元素、相对亏损高场强元素：负铕异常明显，δEu值为0.11～0.32，表明岩浆经历了以斜长石为主的强烈结晶分异作用：岩石样品的∑REE变化有限，火山岩样品的~(87Sr/~(86)Sr_i为0.7086～0.7095，εNd为-10.20～-9.96，中央侵入体石英正长岩~(87Sr/~(86)Sr_i为0.7087～0.7095，εNd为-7.6～-6.92，表明它们是同源岩浆分异演化的产物，物质来源主要为陆壳，但有地幔物质参与。

In addition, molecular orientation behaviors induced by shearing, electric field and magnetic field were investigated. The space group of the monomers A3EO7 and A9EO7 were determined as P2〓2〓2 and P112/m by means of electron diffraction and X-ray diffraction. Liquid crystalline properties of the monomer and the polymer were studied using DSC, variable X-ray diffraction, TEM and polarized optical microscope. Both monomers exhibit monotropic liquid crystalline behavior, and they also give a metastable phase on the cooling process. The polymer PA9EO7 shows enantiotropic liquid crystalline properties. Thus the rigid polymer backbone is not a fatal defect that completely distorts the packing arrangement of the mesogenic moiety in the side chain liquid crystalline polyacetylene.

结合电子衍射倾转方法和粉末X射线衍射技术，确定了两个液晶小分子A3EO7和A9EO7的晶胞参数和空间群，采用Cerius〓模拟软件，运用分子模拟的方法给出了小分子在晶胞中的排列方式；利用DSC、变温X射线衍射技术和透射电子显微镜研究了小分子和聚合物的液晶态，单体A3EO7和A9EO7表现出单向液晶性质，并且在降温过程中都表现出一个亚稳液晶相或亚稳结晶相，聚合物PA9EO7具有双向液晶性；采用偏光显微镜和X射线平板照相技术，研究了剪切和电场对聚合物分子取向的影响，在不同的液晶态，剪切作用对聚合物PA9EO7具有不同的诱导取向结果，直流电场可以诱导聚合物联苯液晶基元沿施加电场方向取向。

The third, fine grains are found along the edge of the weld, which is different from the equiaxial dendritic. Its formation has a relationship with the effect of Li, Sc, Zr, Ti on the crystallization of molten pool.

Administration of methotrexate to rats caused severe enterocolitis with 66. 7% and 16. 7% mortality within 72 hours in the first group and the second group (2% Gln), respectively. But the sucrase and aminopeptidase activities, protein content, DNA and RNA content of small intestine in rats of group 3 and group 4 were significantly higher than those in rats of group 1 and group 2. These meant that GEON enhanced digestion processes, so it can be used to improve nutritive conditions of the small intestine.

用氨甲蝶呤诱发小肠炎后，分别饲喂Gln含量不等的氨基酸营养液，实验结果表明，氨甲蝶呤诱发的小肠炎是一种较严重的应激状态，在72小时内，零剂量组大鼠的死亡率高达66.7％，2％Gln组的死亡率为16.7％，其它测定指标也相对较低，说明对小肠炎模型而言，营养液中2％的Gln含量可能偏低，第三组和第四组（结晶氨基酸组，Gln含量同第三组）的死亡率为零，体重有所恢复，蔗糖酶活、氨肽酶活、DNA和RNA含量增加，这说明，Gln活性肽营养液对小肠炎具有一定的治疗作用，可作为小肠损伤后的辅助治疗药物。

In this study, different nano-hydroxyapatite particles,HAP_1(25-60nm), HAP_4(the additives is heparin, 15-50nm), HAP_5(the additives is bovine serum albumin BSA, 20-80nm) were prepared by homogeneous precipitation and used heavy-gauge hydroxyapatite as comparison,we determined amount of heparin, sialic acid ,BSA adsorbed on HAP_1,HAP_2,HAP_3 by Crystal Violet assay, Bialsche method,Bradford method respectively and analyzed the binding mechanism by infrared spectrum;After taking HAP_1,HAP_2,HAP_4,HAP_5 and RBC to co-culture in vitro,we studied RBC hemolysis test and detected RBC hematolysis rate by erythrocyte osmotic fragility test;observing the changes of morphous and locomotion of cell after coacting HAP_1,HAP_2,HAP_4,HAP_5 and RBC by light microscope and inverted phase contrast microscope;observing HAP_1,HAP_2,HAP_4,HAP_5 effecting on Ultrastructure of RBC.

本文用均匀沉淀法制备了HAP_1(25-60nm)，HAP_4(添加剂肝素，15-50nm)，HAP_5(添加剂牛血清白蛋白BSA，20-80nm)等纳米粒子，并用大尺寸的羟基磷灰石HAP_2(470-520nm)，HAP_3(1906nm)作对照，分别利用结晶紫法、Bialsche法、Bradford法研究了肝素、唾液酸、血清白蛋白在HAP_1，HAP_2，HAP_3上的吸附量，用红外光谱分析其中的结合机理；在体外将HAP_1，HAP_2，HAP4_，HAP_5与红细胞共培养，进行了红细胞溶血试验的研究，并借助红细胞渗透脆性试验检测红细胞溶血率；运用普通光学显微镜和倒置相差显微镜观察了HAP_1，HAP_2，HAP_4，HAP_5与红细胞作用后细胞形态及运动的变化：透射电镜观察了HAP_1，HAP_2，HAP_4，HAP_5对红细胞超微结构的影响。
