The dissertation focuses on performance gradient estimation and SRO algorithm of DES aswell as other related topics,such as modeling of DES and discrete event simulation,performancemeasure Hessian matrix estimation,Stochastic Approximationand so on.General Semi-Markov Processis adapted to describe behaviour of DES and discrete eventsimulation.A general result is obtained and applied to analyze strong consistency of performancegradient Perturbation Analysisestimator.Conditions for effectiveness of InfinitesimalPerturbation Analysisare also discussed.New PA algorithms,such as server PA,PA usingDirac generalized function,job sequence PA etc.,are proposed to deal with discreteparameters.Furthermore,strategies of combining PA algorithms with certain iterative rules areanalyzed widely in order to optimize DES parameters and some SRO algorithms are constructed toslove DES optimization problems.

论文将DES性能分析领域中性能梯度估计和单运行仿真优化作为主要的研究对象，探讨了与性能梯度估计有关的DES和离散事件仿真过程建模、高阶导数估计以及随机逼近等理论和方法；建立了具有一般性的DES和离散事件仿真的广义半Markov过程模型；获得了分析性能梯度估计量强相合性的理论结果和无穷小摄动分析算法应用的条件；提出了诸如服务台数目的摄动分析、奇异摄动分析、串联生产线和加工车间中工件加工序的摄动分析等一系列摄动的思想和算法，对连续参数和离散参数都进行了深入的研究；对摄动分析算法同优化规则结合实现仿真优化的策略也进行了广泛的分析，构造了新型的变界截尾的随机逼近算法，并用于DES的单运行仿真优化研究；最后，给出了DES性能分析方法的实证性研究结果。

This paper is mainly comprised of two components:preparation of models of rats suffering from deficiency of spleen Yang;comparison of the pharmacodynamics impacts of different Lizhong Pills formulations made up by dried ginger or its different components in Lizhong Pills to the different groups of the models.1 Establish the model of deficiency of spleen YANG induced by " cypsum fibrosum and anemarrhenae " with complex factors1.1 ObjectivesWith using heat-clearing and fire-purging drug cypsum fibrosum and anemarrhenae,insteading of the common usage of rhubarb and folium sennae,accompanied with irregular diet and overstrained,the model of deficiency of spleen-YANG is to be established,which is much close to the pathopoiesis theory of " frigidity and chilly damaging yang,irregular diet injuring qi,overstrain impairing the spleen" in TCM.1.2 MethodsModel rats is fully fed every other day,given the molding drug of cypsum fibrosum -anemarrhenae(concentration 4:1) with 3 different frequency,and arranged to swim everyday in 25℃water until exhausted(performing as spitting bubble 3 times continuously or sinking unable to float by itself).

全文共分为脾阳虚模型的制备和干姜及其成分对理中丸药效学影响的比较两大部分。1"石膏-知母"复合法脾阳虚模型的制备1.1目的以清热泻火药石膏-知母代替常用的大黄、番泻叶类苦寒泻下药，并结合饥饱失常、劳倦过度的方法进行造模，以期建立更符合中医"寒凉伤阳、饥饱伤气和劳倦伤脾"致病思路的中医脾阳虚证候模型。1.2方法模型动物隔日足量喂食，每日在25℃水中游泳，直至大鼠连续三次吐泡下沉，或沉入水底，3秒内不能自行浮出水面，并以三种不同给药频率灌胃给予石膏一知母煎液，比较石膏-知母不同给药方法对制备脾阳虚模型的影响。

Then the pile-soil stress characteristics and stabilizing mechanism of the composite foundation are fully discussed. Based on the close analysis of the influence factors of the vertical bearing capacity, circular aperture extension theory is employed to establish the computing formulas for the pile vertical stress and the foundation vertical bearing capacity, respectively. Moreover, with analyzing the features of the calculation parameters such as materials of gunite mortar, jet pressure, diameter of the jet pipe, pile length, pile layout, a design theory for chemical churning pile composite foundation is proposed. Then, the variation of the pipe deformation with loads, the deformation coordination of pile and soil are studied. And methods to decide pile-soil stress ratio and the compressive modulus are developed. Meanwhile, the corresponding design method and the design parameters are proposed. In addition, studies for construction technique and quality detection of the chemical churning pile composite foundation are presented.

在此基础上深入探讨了旋喷桩的桩土受力特性及其复合地基的加固机理，从影响旋喷桩复合地基竖向承载力的因素入手，基于圆孔扩张理论给出了桩体竖向应力及旋喷桩复合地基的竖向承载力计算公式；通过对喷射浆液、喷射压力选取、喷射直径估算、桩长及桩位设计等各种计算参数的深入分析和研究，提出了一套相应的旋喷桩复合地基设计计算方法；通过计算分析，深入探讨了旋喷桩复合地基变形随荷载变化规律、桩和桩间土变形协调关系、桩土应力比及复合地基压缩模量的确定，并提出相应的设计方法和修正参数；此外，结合工程应用，对旋喷桩复合地基的施工技术及其现场质量检测方法进行了较全面的探讨。

论文选取齐大山铁矿采矿废渣为研究对象，以综合利用齐大山铁矿采矿废渣生产烧结空心砖为出发点，采用理论分析、试验研究及技术经济分析相结合的研究路线，利用现代测试手段和分析方法，分析金属矿山剥离废渣中的绿泥石、千枚岩制取空心砖的原料可行性；试验研究了铁矿采矿废渣掺量及尺寸效应对空心砖物理、力学性能的影响。

From these researches as above, this paper found a new method to analysis salty soil road engineering properties by phase equilibrium theory, which provides a new angle of analysis on salty soil properties, experiment and engineering practice in these ways as follows:(1) Analysis the disadvantage of traditional salty soil experiment;(2) Analysis the disadvantage of current salty soil definition by phase equilibrium theory, and gives the chart of distinguish salty soil by the condition of hydrography and climate change;(3) Analysis the mechanics of subgrade frost boiling based on the change rule of liquid content;(4) Based on the change rule of ingredients content and volume in salty soil, analysis the mechanics of subgrade salt heaving and the restraining method by adding sodium chloride.

通过以上研究，本文初步建立了以相平衡理论为核心的盐渍土路用工程性质分析方法，该方法对盐渍土工程性质的理论分析、试验研究以及工程实践提供了新的研究思路与方法，具体体现在：(1)分析了传统的盐渍土试验存在的缺陷；(2)分析了现行盐渍土定义的不足，并以相平衡理论为基础，结合水文、气候条件的变化给出了判别盐渍土的诺谟图；(3)分析了盐渍土盐溶液含量的变化规律，并从盐渍土含液量变化规律出发，分析了盐渍土路基较非盐渍土路基翻浆严重的机理；(4)分析了盐渍土各固相含量及其体积的相变规律，并在此基础上分析盐渍土路基的盐胀机理，以及采用添加氯化钠来抑止硫酸盐盐渍土的盐胀机理
