A static headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometrymethod was used to analysis volatile compounds from the six kinds of Bupleurum from different areas.

The effective stimulating sites were indentified by defensive cardiovascular response and other components of defence reaction evoked by 3 s trains of rectangular cathodal pulses (100Hz, 0.5ms pulse duration, 70 -150μA intensity for dPAG and 150-250μA for PF) delivered from a programmed multichannel constant current stimulator. The responses included an increase in blood pressure and heart rate, pupillodilation and an increase in the rate and depth of respiration. Currents of 1Hz, intensity of 100- 150μA for dPAG and 200-250μA for PF were used to observe the effect of the stimulation of them on RVLM neurones. The deep peroneal nerve and superfacial deep peroneal nerve were carefully separated, and put on a pair of stimulating electrode respectively, Both nerves were stimulated with constant rectangular pulses of 1Hz, 0.5ms duration and 300μA current intensity to see their effects on RVLM neurones. The baro-and chemo-receptors were activated by the intravenous injection of phenylephrine or 0.208 M NaH2PO4. The degree of convergent inputs to individual RVLM neurone was studied by the stimulation of the sites mentioned above. It was found that neurones about 61.4%(27/44) and 35.3%(6/17) received convergent inputs from three and four places respectively.

After varied survival periods, the model mice were sacrificed to get the specimens of SN fixed, embedded and coronally sectioned continuously. The microsections were processed by immunohistochemistry to label the DA neurons and Calbindin D28k-containing neurons with the antibodies against tyrosine hydroxylase and CR respectively. The labeled cells were counted under microscope and analyzed statistically.

This thesis studies the volcanic tectono-petrofacies, petrology, mineralogy, geochemistry, isotopic chronology, stratum and high-precision SHRIMP zircon U-Pb datings of the Mt.Yandangshan volcano-intrusive complex, and concludes that: Yandangshan volcanic rock units belong to high-K calc-alkaline acid rock associations, mainly ryholitic and trachytic dacitic in composition. They have A/CNK values of 0.9-1.2 (i.e., aluminium saturation and supersaturation), enriched LREE and LILEs and depleted HFSE. Their 8Eu values are 0.11-0.32, indicating a evident fractional evolution of plagioclase crystallization. Their ∑REE varied very limitedly,(87~Sr/(86)Sri ratios and eNd values are 0.7086～0.7095 and -10.20～-9.96 for volcanic rocks, and 0.7087~0.7095 and -7.6～6.92 for the central intrusive facies syenite, which means that all the igneous rocks from Mt. Yandangshan are evolutional products of magmas with the same source, and that they derived mainly from crust, but mixed with mantle components.

本文从火山构造岩相学、岩石学、矿物学、地球化学、同位素年代学、地层学等方面出发，同时结合高精度SHRIMP锆石U-Pb定年，对雁荡山火山岩进行了系统的研究，确定雁荡山火山岩为一套以流纹质和粗面英安质为主体的高钾钙碱性酸性岩石组合，A/CNK值集中在0.9～1.2之间，为铝饱和或铝过饱和类型；富轻稀土元素和大阳离子亲石元素、相对亏损高场强元素：负铕异常明显，δEu值为0.11～0.32，表明岩浆经历了以斜长石为主的强烈结晶分异作用：岩石样品的∑REE变化有限，火山岩样品的~(87Sr/~(86)Sr_i为0.7086～0.7095，εNd为-10.20～-9.96，中央侵入体石英正长岩~(87Sr/~(86)Sr_i为0.7087～0.7095，εNd为-7.6～-6.92，表明它们是同源岩浆分异演化的产物，物质来源主要为陆壳，但有地幔物质参与。

By analyzing the dynamics condition of ladle top-slag desulphuration and the physical and chemical properties of slag and combining production practice, the compositions of the modifier were confirmed, that is, Al 13%～17%, Al2O3 58%～62%, SiO2 8%～12%, MgO 3%～7% and salts＜8%. In the experiment, different amount of modifiers were used instead of the refining agent in original process (for Q235C steel grade).

In the present work, diatomaceous silica samples in some typical deposits of China were studied by using of combined analyses of chemical and spectroscopic methods.

本项目以我国的典型硅藻质二氧化硅样品为研究对象，采用化学分析法与现代谱学新技术相结合的方法，研究硅藻质二氧化硅表面功能基的性质及其与硅藻种属、微结构、微形貌间的关系，分析功能基活性产生的机理及控制因素。

Results: The study showed that the earliest stromal nodules were fibrous, and with the dual differentiation of myofibroblasts toward both smooth muscle cells and fibrous cells, they developed into fibromyomatous nodules and muscular nodules. The results of reclassifying the 55 nodules immunohistochemically were that 23(42%) was fibrous, 28(51%) fibromuscular nodules and 4(7%) muscular.

结果：结合HE切片和免疫组化结果发现前列腺间质结节的早期为幼稚的纤维性结节，随着结节内肌纤维母细胞向平滑肌细胞和纤维细胞的双向分化，间质结节可继续演化为纤维肌性结节和肌性结节。55个结节按免疫组化分类，纤维性结节占42%，纤维肌性结节占51%，肌性结节占7%。

Protective immunity against intranasal virus challenge was determined at 12 weeks postvaccination.

通过对新疆北东部地区不同构造区带构造作用的方式、过程和特点的研究，确定：①南天山榆树沟高压麻粒岩地体的正变质原岩是一个基本完整的蛇绿岩套，其经历了俯冲至下地壳的高压麻粒岩相、构造抬升至深地壳麻粒岩相以及快速构造折返至角闪岩相的变质过程，代表了南天山洋壳俯冲、变质、随后折返的过程，并首次确定了变质过程的PTt轨迹；②奥陶纪末期中天山北缘发生洋盆俯冲、地体增生作用，此时萨日达拉地区处于岛弧活动带；中石炭世晚期中天山小型洋盆关闭，准噶尔地块与伊犁—中天山板块斜向对接随后发生脆韧性质近水平高温低速右行走滑剪切；③根据巴音沟地区不构成蛇绿岩套有效成分的硅质岩具有与活动大陆边缘密切相关的地球化学特征以及洋中脊玄武岩显示其岩浆源区受到消减带流体交代作用的影响，结合区域地质资料，首次提出巴音沟蛇绿岩带所代表的洋盆古构造环境为弧后盆地，并于早石炭世至中石炭世末期间，经历了扩张、收缩和闭合过程；④首次在克拉麦里蛇绿混杂岩带中分解出具有N-MORB、T-MORB与OIB三种不同类型的火山岩岩石组合，反映了洋盆俯冲
