The inflammation reaction hyperplactic stage and lymphatic nodular stage are of nonspecific morphological changes and should be diagnosed with the help of positive tuberculin test and obvious increase of adenosine deaninase ; tuberculous nodular stage has a great number of epithelioid cells,and Langhans cells, caseous necrosis stage is characterized by a great deal of necrotic tissue and debris,a small number of fragmented epithelioid cells, and mainly by antiacid bacteria fibrinous hyperplastic stage is featured by a few fibrous tissue, cells and mucous oweing to hardness to get puncture, neans tuberculous restoration,and scar formation.

结核初期-炎性增殖期60例，占5.5%；结核早期-淋巴结节期130例，占11.9%；结核中期-结核性结节期有590例，占54.1%；结核晚期-干酪样脓样坏死期有280例，占25.7%；结核恢复期-纤维素增殖期30例，占2.8%。炎性增殖反应期非特异性形态学变化，需要结合结核抗体阳性和腺苷酸脱氨酶明显增高有助于诊断，结核结节期主要可有较多类上皮样细胞及郎罕氏细胞；而干酪样脓样坏死主要见大量坏死组织及碎屑、少数残碎不全类上皮样细胞，此期主要能查到抗酸菌为特点；纤维增殖期，抽出物难取，仅见少数纤维组织、纤维细胞和黏液间质为其特征，提示结核恢复、瘢痕形成所致。

Twenty-seven differential proteins were tested by MALDI-TOF-MS, and 16 were identified. Of the 16 proteins, 13 were up-regulated in patients with HCC, including heat-shock protein 27, member RAS oncogene family (RAB14), actin, alpha 1 antitrypsin, RNA-binding protein regulatory subunit and so on. By contrast, the levels of proteins such as PDX6, HSPA8 and MnSOD were significantly reduced in HCC patients.

对27个差异蛋白质点进行了质谱分析，鉴定出16个蛋白质，在HBV相关性HCC患者PBMC中表达明显增强的有热休克蛋白质27、ras癌基因家族(RAB14)、肌动蛋白、α1-抗胰蛋白及RNA结合蛋白调节亚基等13个蛋白点；而PDX6、HSPA8及锰超氧化物歧化酶在HCC患者PBMC中低表达。

RESULTS: A well-resolved and reproducible 2-DE pattern of PBMC was obtained from patients with HBV associated HCC or LC. For HCC, the mean number of protein spots was 1186±43, with an average matching rate of 91.6%, and for LC, the mean number of protein spots was 1013±41, with an average matching rate of 90.2%. Twenty-seven differential proteins were tested by MALDI-TOFMS, and 16 were identified. Of the 16 proteins, 13 were up-regulated in patients with HCC, including heat-shock protein 27, member RAS oncogene family (RAB14), actin, alpha 1 antitrypsin, RNAbinding protein regulatory subunit and so on. By contrast, the levels of proteins such as PDX6, HSPA8 and MnSOD were significantly reduced in HCC patients.

结果：得到了分辨率较高、重复性较好的HBV相关性HCC及LC患者PBMC双向凝胶电泳图谱，HBV相关性HCC及LC患者PBMC凝胶的平均蛋白质点数分别为1186±43及1013±41；组内的平均匹配率分别为91.6%，90.20%对27个差异蛋白质点进行了质谱分析，鉴定出16个蛋白质，在HBV相关性HCC患者PBMC中表达明显增强的有热休克蛋白质27、ras癌基因家族(RAB14)、肌动蛋白、α1-抗胰蛋白及RNA结合蛋白调节亚基等13个蛋白点；而PDX6、HSPA8及锰超氧化物歧化酶在HCC患者PBMC中低表达。

In this study, we developed the ammonia sensing material by using MCM-41 impregnated with bromocresol green. MCM-41 is one kind of mesoporous molecular sieves. It can be applied to many fields due to well-defined pore shapes, narrow distribution of pore sizes, large pore volumes, high surface area, excellent thermal, hydrothermal, chemical and mechanical stability. And the bromocresol green dye is commonly used as a pH indicator with colorimetric from pH 3.8 to pH 5.4.

本研究之目的是结合变色染剂及中孔洞分子筛MCM-41进行氨气吸附，研究中所选择之变色染剂溴甲酚绿是一种偏酸性之大分子有机染剂，其变色范围在pH 3.8到pH 5.4；而MCM-41由於其孔洞大小分布范围狭窄、孔洞体积大、高比表面积、具有良好的吸附容积、表面反应性强及易於改质等优点，故期望利用此复合材料，经气体吸附达到氨的移除并同时在吸附饱和前能产生显色效果。
